This family room is a great area for the kids with plenty of seating around the large HDTV, a sofa sleeper, shelves of books and games to keep everyone entertained and access to the lower covered deck. The new washer and dryer is also on this first floor.

On the upstairs level of the home, you'll find a bright, airy living area with cathedral ceilings. There is a large open deck with distant ocean views and ample seating for relaxing and taking in the island breezes or enjoying your morning coffee. The updated galley has stainless steel appliances and a breakfast table for four. There is also a large wet bar in the dining area. The beautiful dining table seats six.

The 2nd floor master bedroom features a king-size bed and a full en-suite bathroom. The Club at Seabrook allows guests to access the two championship golf courses, Racquet Club, Equestrian Center, ocean front pools, and all dining options. Each property is individually owned and has different membership levels. This property has a FULL membership access so there is no fee for the Beach Club pools or Lake House outdoor pool. All other activities are an additional cost. ACCESS NOTE: These club access fees apply to 2024. If you are booking early, please note that club access options will be changing in 2025.

To access the club amenities, you must pick up or preorder your amenity card from the Seabrook amenity office. The card is a $15 refundable fee, and once the card is returned at the end of your stay, the fee is refunded. You can charge back to the amenity card, and it allows access to all of the Seabrook amenities.
