Spacious and Quaint Cabaña - Playa Carbonera

Experience where the rainforest meets the ocean in this spacious and comfortable cabana on our 3 acre beachfront property. Whether you want to simply relax and immerse yourself in nature or fill your days with adventure, Casa Aire has everything you need. Take a day trip to Corcovado National Park, surf the waves at Playa Pan Dulce, which is a 15 minute walk down the beach, visit a chocolate farm, hook a trophy fish, zip-line through the rainforest canopy, or simply read a book in the hammock.

The space
Casa Aire is located in Playa Carbonera on the Osa Peninsula, one of the most biodiverse places remaining on our planet. Our 3-acre beachfront property is visited by all 4 species of monkeys, scarlet macaws, toucans, anteaters, coati, Baird’s tapirs, and much more wildlife. Our landscaped gardens contain many fruit trees, and we are committed to planting native species which the local wildlife depend on for food.

This spacious cabaña is perfect for a couple or small family with a double bed and single bed. The large kitchen is fully stocked with a stove, refrigerator, pots and pans, and accessories. It is fully walled and screened yet open and airy which provides for maximum cross breezes. It has a lovely private yard and garden where toucans and monkeys are frequent visitors.

Our property is completely off grid and the solar and water systems are new as of summer, 2023.

Casa Aire is within walking distance to the local bar/restaurant and within a 10 minute drive to several other restaurants.

Guest access
From Casa Aire's secluded oasis, you can walk down the landscaped driveway to our beachfront, a mere 150 meters. You are free to roam the property and as a guest recently told us: "We were really impressed with the amount of nature we got to experience on the property alone, both plants and animals."

Our hope is that you will "Allow grace to seep into your life as nature surrounds you" here on the property of Naturaleza Y Gracia.

Other things to note:
Casa Aire is one of 4 cabañas on our property, Nature and Grace. Each cabaña is private and separated from one another. Our property manager, Shiloh, lives on property and is available for any questions or resources you need. Housekeeping is provided every 3 days. Laundry services, a private chef, and transportation can be arranged if desired.
