Beautiful family vacation home in a quiet gated neighborhood with 24/7 security, perfect for close and extended family to stay short, medium or long term. Child-friendly with a private pool, lots of hosting space for birthdays or small events and a huge kitchen.

2 beds downstairs with patio access and outside shower for easy pool access 24/7, with a full bathroom next to it. The house is non-smoking, with plenty of patio access for those who like to step outside and enjoy the sunrise/ sunset.

Beautiful open concept house with ground floor access to the first bedroom, full bathroom, Kitchen/ living room and pool area. The pool is behind big beautiful bay doors that lock (in case of small children) with outdoor eating area with blinds to moderate the sunlight. There's a washer and dryer as well as storage space for bicycles or outdoor gear (paddleboard/ kayak etc)

Upstairs is the Master Bedroom with walk-in closet and his/hers bathroom and stand-up shower with patio. There's 2 bedrooms upstairs (1 queen, 2 twin beds) with shared bathroom and upstairs patio perfect for games & activities.

60Mbps fiber optic internet connection, 20Mbps download with plenty of room for business meetings or working online.

Full uninhibited access to the house, private pool and patio. You also get access to the gated community's common area, with large pool and palapa for get-togethers and small events or playing with the kids.

Amazing location

We loved our stay at this beautiful home. The property is located in a gated community within another gated community. Plenty of people walking at all hours of the day along with pleasant security made our stay feel even better. With two grocery stores and my wife favorite coffee (Starbucks) located right outside the main gates, it made for such an easy transition from our home to here. PV airport is a short drive and a very easy 2 turns to get to the house. All in all we will be returning in the future.

Plenty of Room

We arrived and got settled. All went well till shower time! Cold showers! The owner/ manager acted quickly with a maintenance person to no avail, needed new on demand unit. For the days we used cold water! Came home from an outing to no electricity! Again manager acted quickly to get situation fixed, but problems were getting old and frustrating. We were given compensation for our troubles . If you plan to cook, only 1 sharp knife (butcher size) no containers for left over foods. Pool so cold even though temps were in 80's, community poll just as cold. Unless you like to walk miles, best bet is Uber to go anywhere! Can get pricy. A cabinet mounted to wall next to my daughter's bed fell off the wall, just missing her foot. Sounded like a bomb went off. I was downstairs. In general the place needs a going over. Beautiful stay in a beautiful neighborhood

This was a lovely stay - we stayed for 9 days and found the security and neighborhood to be very peaceful and safe. The owner had a little difficulty with the lockbox, so maybe just having a back up plan all set in case that was still an issue - but I believe they said that was getting replaced ASAP. The beach is literally across the street, through a secure gate, and a short beach path. We LOVED having it that close! The plunge pool was used every day, very nice to have before and after the beach. Bathrooms were all very clean. Bedrooms are clean - beds are very firm which work well for us! Kitchen - this was the only real issues for both of us, because both my partner and I love to cook. The kitchen in general needed a good cleaning. Not the end of world, just perhaps the last cleaning person didn't get all the thought before we got there. Laundry room was clean and super helpful to have! We recommend renting a car or getting enough pesos so you can real comfortable with the affordable and very frequently available buses that run buy the neighborhood. Either way is a good option, we did both ourselves so we always had way the grocery stores, other beaches, etc. A very family friendly place to stay, for sure!

Great central location

Very much what you see in the listing. We stayed for only 4 days, but got to appreciate the area. If you want to walk alot, this is the place for you. Easy beach access. We realized after walking for 6 kms that beach access in the area is almost entirely imposible for people living further away. This location allows you private beach access right accross the street. There are quite a few decent restaurants a short taxi ride away. Dont search the google maps for them though. The private resort restaurants will appear, and you cant get to them. This is probably the best sandy beach in Banderas Bay. There were a couple issues that should be mentioned. The hot water was not very reliable. If you like to have a nice warm shower, it may not happen. Unless perhaps the issue is correctable. Also, there was a cleanliness issue in the kitchen. But it didnt prevent us from enjoying our stay. If I were to make a suggestion, the host could provide a few more ammenities. There is a grand sundeck, but no furniture at all. And the pool area has no deck chairs, only uncomfortable wooden table chairs. And a toaster would have been nice. If you are relatively easy going, none of this would ruin your stay. But if have grand expectations, you may be dissapointed.

Thanks for your suggestions Giles, I'm surprised you had any issues in the house since I stayed in contact with you throughout your stay and you never mentioned anything, hot water is an easy fix and we would have had that fixed for you if you would've bring that up to me. As for the lack of chairs and empty deck space you can see it in the pictures we have of our house, I'm sorry you were expecting something else that's not in the pictures. We will add more furniture and a toaster for a our future guests. Thanks again.

Nuevo Vallarta is a very exclusive, calm and secure area in Bahia de Banderas, with beautiful beaches and blue flag certification. The location is key in this property, we are located one block from the beach, with private access right in front of the coto, bike path throughout the whole area, 10 minute walk to 2 supermarkets & 15 minute walk to bucerias on a beautiful walking trail. Nuevo Vallarta is also known for having many great restaurant options.
