A comfortable seating area with a couch (that pulls out into a queen size bed), TV stand (with built in fireplace) and 50 inch TV. Fully operational kitchen. A cozy front porch to enjoy coffee in the morning and an adult beverage in the evening. Large firepit surrounded by 4 Adirondack chairs perfect for making smores. A gas grill for BBQing and a large picnic table for outdoor dining. The most convenient part is the community boat launch just around the corner.
