Desert Beach House with a Mountain View - Private Pool and Hot Tub!

Beautiful two story house with breathtaking mountain views 20 minutes from Balloon Fiesta Park! Enjoy a private seasonal pool (Apr-Sept) and seasonal hot tub (Mar-Oct) all to yourselves! No more sharing with strangers. The pool is kept at a nice temp in summer *read disclaimer* and hot tub can go up to 104 degrees. There’s a fire pit and chiminea for s’mores to enjoy the beautiful New Mexico nights. A great, safe, location close to walking trails, sports complex, and dog park.

The space
Guests will enjoy three bedrooms. One king bedroom downstairs with 3/4 bath with shower next to it and TV and internet for Netflix and digital cable. The other two bedrooms are upstairs with one full bath with shower and bathtub combo. One bedroom has a bunk bed with full bed on top and futon couch on bottom that also serves as full bed. The second bedroom has a queen sized bed with TV and digital cable. The master bedroom and garage are locked and not available for use.

Full kitchen with everything needed (dishes, seasonings, coffee maker, blender, baking dishes, pots/pans, etc.), two living areas, a breakfast nook, and a dining area for big groups.

Extremely private large backyard with outdoor lights, artificial grass, trees, fire pit, chiminea, gazebo, pool and hot tub. Pool starts at 3ft in the shallow end and works it’s way to 9ft deep in the deep end. Pool and hot tub are completely fenced off for safety of small children and/or pets. Perfect environment for vacationing with family and friends!

*DISCLAIMER* Pool is open and heated from April 1st-Sept 30th. Pool WILL NOT be heated after Sept 30th which is reflected in the price decrease. Hot tub is open April 1st-Oct 31st and can be heated. Both pool and hot tub closed November-March which is reflected in the significant price decrease.

Guest access
Guests will have access to fully stocked kitchen, two living rooms, king bedroom downstairs with 3/4 bathroom with shower, queen bedroom upstairs, and third room with bunk bed that sleeps two on top and two on bottom. Full bath upstairs with shower and bathtub.

Other things to note

All guests will be required to sign a pool addendum upon arrival before pool gate key is provided. If you would like to see a copy before booking, please message me.
