To finalize your reservation, all guests must pass a mandatory third-party screening process.
The Neighborhood:
This furnished apartment is located in NoMad, also known as Madison Square North. It’s an exciting and diverse place for both visitors and local residents. As the hub of New York’s creative and tech industries, the area is flooded by unique retail shops, exciting nightlife, and modern restaurants. The restored Madison Square Park has beautiful landscaping, great views, historic sculptures, and constant music, art and food events. NoMad is centrally located in Manhattan and therefore, provides easy access to the rest of the city.
Other Things to Note:
Pet Policy: Pets are allowed with owner approval and a one time $350 charge. Rove requires a property rental agreement to be signed by the primary guest prior to arrival for all reservations at this home.

This property only allows a 12-month term minimum, up to 24 months. Leasing furnished is required. Please note that utilities are separate from the total booking amount and are to be covered by guests throughout their stay.
As a reminder, smoking is not allowed anywhere on the property, in the home or in the outside areas of the home. Smoking will result in a odor removal fee of no less than $500 and up to $1,000 as well as possible removal from the property.
Monthly Housekeeping Policy: For all reservations with stays of 60 nights or longer, a full mid-stay cleaning by our housekeeping team is required every 30 days. The required mid-stay cleaning fee(s) will be invoiced immediately prior to the service and upon coordination of a suitable date and time for the cleaning to take place.
