Discover your perfect mountain retreat at our spacious Panguitch Lake cabin! Nestled amidst the beauty surrounding Panguitch Lake, this pet-friendly getaway sleeps 12 people comfortably. Embrace the serene surroundings as you make memories by the fireplace, or take in the views on the large patio under starlit skies. Explore the lake`s crystal-clear waters and nearby trails during the day, then return to your tranquil haven for a restful night`s sleep. Your next unforgettable escape awaits!

4WD and snow tires or chains highly recommended Dec through end of March or when snow is present.
- No smoking
- No parties
- No unregistered guests (or pets if allowed)
- An additional $15 per night per guest will be charged for any bookings exceeding 8 guests
- Guests are responsible for all caused damages
- Please do not move or rearrange any furniture.
- Do not flush feminine products, toilet paper, wet wipes or diapers down the toilet as it will ruin the septic system.
- Guests are responsible of bringing their own lighters, lighter fluid, fire starters, or firewood.
- DO NOT CARVE ON TREES!!!!

PARKING INSTRUCTIONS:

-The property has two driveways available for guest parking.
-Upper driveway: Fits 2-3 cars. Please note that the incline is a bit steep.
-Lower driveway: Fits 4-5 cars comfortably.
-Do not park on the road due to the incline.
-To improve traction when driving up the road or into the driveway, we recommend putting your car in a lower gear. While 4WD is helpful, it is not required.

I’ve stayed in this cabin probably 4 times over the past decade. It’s a great place to stay. Super comfortable and clean. Lots of room.

Quiet, beautiful location

Great place to stay and everything you need to cook meals which we did. Central location for 3 NPs. Tip, go to Kolub Canyon. Much more enjoyable than over crowded Zion.

Great Cabin

The first night there was no propane and the cabin was freezing. The next day the propane truck showed up and the house was warm. It’s a beautiful location. The cabin is spacious and well stocked. We had a great time. The views were incredible!! I would definitely go back again.

Our family loved our stay! I was impressed with how clean the cabin was. It is clear that the property has been well cared for. The kitchen was very well stocked. We were visiting with 4 couples, and each couple had their own room, which was a huge plus! The distance to the lake was a little further than expected, but it was just a short drive to some great fishing spots. We took a day trip over to Bryce Canyon which was spectacular. We didn't have good cell service in the area, so we were extra grateful that the cabin had wifi. Overall, we had a fantastic trip.

Great view and wild life aplenty. Easy access to the lake and other attractions. Lower floor sleeping difficult in early morning due to noise from main living area foot traffic. It's my second consecutive year at this property. Would visit here again.

Nice View

The cabin was nice with an awesome view, unfortunately it was extremely windy so we stayed in the entire stay. Cabin was clean and we felt right at home. We just wish it had a designated fire pit. We were looking forward to making s’mores. Will stay again if they have a fire pit.

My family consists of 3 boys who enjoy snowboarding. This location is great and spacious, it fit our needs perfectly. We did not even use the downstairs,the upstairs is super comfortable. From our family to yours. Thank you for the experience

Beautiful and excellent location

This location is amazing! Beautiful view of the lake. Very close to mountain biking in the area. The road around the lake makes for an excellent scenic walk, drive, or bike. Getting to the property was a real challenge though. The Google maps route takes you down a horrible ATV road. Take the paved road around the Southern side of the lake instead. The property was well equipped and nicely decorated, but had quite a lot of spiders inside, although that can be the case for remote cabin like buildings so we were okay with it. This location had a garage that could be used by the visitors which was a big bonus and unsual for rentals. We really enjoyed our stay

Fishin was the mission

Which there had been a couple big fans in the upstairs. Even with the window shades down it was always hot in the afternoon and evening hours - uncomfortable. Not enough toilet paper - could have extra somewhere. Microwave wasn’t the greatest. It wasn’t easy parking. Otherwise pretty good place.

This property was a really nice stay; it was clean, it was quiet, and had a lovely scenic view of the lakefront. A few things did stand out however. For instance, the front door did not work. The only access point was the backdoor. Also upon arrival the cleaning service was still tending to the property. This in mind that check in was 4pm and our arrival was half an hour later. There was also no communication. Reaching the owner proved itself challenging. There was no answer. Yet, overall, once settling in the place deemed itself a truly delightful experience.

Escape from the heat

We had a wonderful stay at this beautiful cabin. Our large family had plenty of space to relax after long days of fishing on the lake. The view was absolutely stunning. It was very nice to have access to the garage for parking and the two separate driveways was perfect with two cars. There were tons of vhs tapes in the cabin but no vcr so they were more of a novelty to my kids who had never seen one. The cabin even impressed my grandpa (he refuses to stay anywhere but the little one room cabin he had used for at least 15-20 years) when he came over one evening for dinner! One word of warning, be sure to arrive before it gets dark! Some of our group got a late start and it was so dark by the time they made it to the lake that they couldn’t see the street signs and got a bit lost. Definitely not a fault of this cabin, simply a caution to future Panguitch visitors.
