Hit the beach and sink your toes in the sand. Ormond beach is just a block away. Must be 21 years or older. No Daytona Beach Residents. No pets.

The room felt very cozy and warm. It had everything you need including beach towels and chairs. The view is spectacular! The Christmas tree added a warm touch. Overall, I had a wonderful vacation and I recommend staying here.
absolutely do not book here or with this host at any property EVER. My first negative review Iâve left in my LIFE and it is well deserved. This property was nothing like the listing, and honestly should not be open to the public at all due to its condition. The room door had to be forced to open/close. Closet door was broken, fell and hit my aunt in the head when entering the room. Light above shower is just hanging with exposed wire. Ac leaked in puddles across living room. 5th floor had a very pungent mildew smell that would make you gag. Trash cans catching water leaking from ceiling everywhere. Had to go thru calf high water to get to private beach access. TVs didnât work. Couldnât open kitchen drawers without hitting the fridge, couldnât open drawers with freezer open. Beds were poor uncomfortable. Most elevators didnât work, and the 2 that did, didnât light up at all so no clue what floor youâre on. This host did nothing to solve this issues and insured the listing reflected these things (it absolutely didnât and only said amenities were closed at this time). We were told after presenting video evidence we were âonly trying to get a free roomâ even tho I never asked for a refund or discount, only for these issues to be addressed. Then said the owners can âcome after meâ for a negative review for slander. Slander involves lying. Everything Iâve said is fact. Do not waste your time or money. Youâd be better off at the budget inn truly.
This âresortâ has fallen into a sad state. The parking garage is closed for structural concerns, so all guests have to park in an adjacent lot. This lot was overfull one of the nights of our stay, so we had to park across the street at a Walgreens and hope our car wouldnât get towed. When I asked the owner, she stated we could park 2 miles away at a public lot and Uber if needed. The description said the pool was closed, so we expected it to be drained and in some state of repair. It was actually half full of green sludge. The odor permeated the lobby of the building. The unit we rented was comfortable, although could use some upgrading. The shower curtain had mold on it. The door didnât close properly unless slammed. The AC unit ran constantly but the bedroom area was still warm-ish. I feel for the owners in this building who are attempting to sue the building owner to force him to repair the garage and pool area. If those repairs can be done, we would consider coming back. Otherwise, we would stay at the nearby Hilton for the same amount of money.
We couldnât ask for a better stay. The pools are closed/under repair but that was told to us before we booked so no big deal at all. I would definitely recommend and look forward to returning in the future. Great price and location. Very quiet and the best part is hearing the ocean right from your room!!

There is a lot of events in Daytona Beach to keep you entertained all year. The Winter is mild so you can reap the benefits of this oceanfront condo. The unit is close to the ocean so you can dolphin/shark/whale watch and of course see the sunrise/sunset. There is a shopping center across the street. Mason Ave has a lot of nice shops and restaurants too. This is close to the Hard Rock, Pier, Bandshell, golf, Daytona Int'l Speedway, Buckee's, Airport, Disney, Marineland, and close enough to see the rocket launch.
This room offers one of the few private balcony overlooking the pool and the ocean for complete privacy unlike the others. The direct oceanfront view is amazing just a few feet away with the kiss of the early morning sunrise. The pool and most amenities are now open.
