Peter was a wonderful, very communicative host. The interior of this house is super cute, and is stocked with absolutely everything we needed for the stay, going to the beach and cooking. Quiet neighbors. 20-30 minute drive to multiple beaches, cute towns and great restaurants/shops. Our flight home was cancelled due to storms and we were thankful to be allowed to increase our stay by another few days. Florida is not a bad place to be stuck. ( Thank you.

This home is beautiful. Spacious on suite with a beautiful bathroom. Location is very convenient to beaches. The tabletop shuffleboard game was very popular with my family.

Pros: The highlight of this house is the backyard. The pool and hot tub, surrounded by the privacy fence were perfect on a couple of days when we tried to go to the beach but it was too breezy and cooler. We promptly returned to the house and enjoyed the backyard amenities and the enclosed space was the perfect temperature under the sun. There is a separate master on one side of the house and two bedrooms on the other side, which allowed for more privacy. Cons: The mattresses were very firm and we had some trouble sleeping because of that. Mattress toppers are definitely needed in my opinion. We had to go to the store to get tissues (none provided) and toilet paper as they only provide a starter supply. Maybe that is typical for VRBO properties but unlike the amenities you would get in a hotel. The house is now listed for sale, so it may be changing owners soon.

We were in town for a wedding and a few days of R&R. The home was perfect, so nicely decorated and clean and only 10 min from the beach, but the pool and hot tub is where we spent most of our time. The neighborhood is quiet and we also had some really cool visitors, a Blue Heron joined me for coffee one morning and there was another really large white bird that hung around the neighbors roof every day! Super cool and fun to watch! Communication with Peter was fast and always helpful. We would definitely stay again!

Nice home with heated pool

We enjoyed our stay at this nicely decorated home. The heated pool and hot tub were great, beds were comfortable, and the host and owners were responsive to our questions. We appreciated the nicely stocked kitchen. The location worked well for our visit and the easy access to Pinellas Trail was nice.

Wonderful weekend getaway

Absolutely fabulous!

What a wonderful place to stay! Our family thoroughly enjoyed our time here. Peter was exceptionally communicative and helpful. The house has wonderful amenities - the kitchen is well stocked with cookware essentials! The pool is fabulous and we really enjoyed the lounge chairs and covered patio. The beach supplies like chairs, umbrella, and cooler were very appreciated. You will enjoy your time here!!

Great house!

We had a wonderful time at this property- because of the hurricane we had to move our dates and the host was great in letting us pick another time that worked for us. We loved the pool, the hot tub and had fun on the bikes- and the neighborhood was close to everything. The house had everything we needed and we cooked a few meals and used the grill. Would recommend staying at this house!

Best vaca rental ever!!!

The pictures did not do the house Justice. It was a beautiful house in a really quiet nice neighborhood. Close to beautiful beaches, restaurants. They thought of everything that we needed to make our stay was even more special. The host had everything needed for the beach & pool. The host also stayed in contact with us before during our stay. They even made sure we knew there was a storm predicted for the area. We will definitely stay again & again the area

Cute renovated home short drive to beaches

Very cute house with lots of thoughtful amenities including bikes (2), beach chairs (4), umbrella, sand toys, pool toys, separate hot tub, beach and pool towels, lotion and aloe, lots of games, Roku on every TV, charging stations in every room, and a customized guest directory with suggestions for places to eat and things to do in the area. Very close to Pinellas trail. Various beaches 10-30 min drive. Grocery and lots of restaurants close by. The neighborhood is working class as opposed to other vacation homes, but that said, we had no issues. Very responsive hosts. Enjoyed our stay!

Largo get away

We love the location, the decorations and the cleanliness of the house. Although there was a little issue with the air conditioner, the host (Peter) responded promptly and fixed the problem quickly. The owner compensated us for the inconvenience. We enjoyed our week there and wish we could have stayed longer. By the way, the kitchen needs a step stool for a short person like me to reach the top shelf.
