à propos de cet hébergement
Fox Wood Cabin w/Hot Tub family-friendly 50 acres, hot tub, three decks, only 15 min to downtown Eureka
Fox Wood Cabin and Domes, as seen on the cover of 417 Magazine! The cabin and domes are a secluded stay on a spacious 50 wooded acres, minutes from Eureka. The links to the domes are below.
Wake up early and listen to the tigers feed at the local sanctuary, while you enjoy coffee on the decks. Spend a day in town, enjoy the hot tub or gather around the fire pit for s'mores. 8 mins to Beaver Lake/Big Clifty Access or Hogscald Hollow. Lots of local hikes and bike trails.
We prefer to give you space during your stay but if there are any issues please call or text.
We are 15 minutes from downtown Eureka Springs. There are many restaurant options as well as a grocery store. Find live music or do some Karaoke on Main St., Beaver Lake, Big Clifty Boat Ramp only 8 min away.
Park next to the cabin - look for the stones outlining the parking area.
The land has two other nightly luxe dome rentals on the property. The two other units are 500 feet away - if you are interested in one of these, please search:
GeoDome w/AC Indoor Jetted Tub and Hilltop Views
GeoDome vintage w/cedar hot tub&Mountain views
Besides sharing the road to access the property, there are no other shared amenities. We just finished a one-mile (.5 each way) private trail system on the acreage! See the map in the photos!
The Cabin
Master bedroom: Go up the stairs and enjoy your private space. You will have access to your own mini-split and can control the temperature separately from the rest of the cabin. The bed is a memory foam Queen size bed. We provide extra blankets for those chilly nights. The bathroom is private and has a tub/shower. Enjoy your own deck with views only accessible through your bedroom.
The Loft: Teens and young children love this space. You can access your loft by a built-in ladder. The loft is in a common area and is equipped with a memory foam queen size bed. A full bathroom is conveniently located underneath.
Couch and Queen Bed Bean Bag: Enjoy the living room by day, and by night turn this spot into your bedroom. The living room beanbag folds out to a queen-sized bed!
Kitchen: Full kitchen with all of the usual appliances available for light cooking. There is a coffee maker, tea kettle, and Nespresso. We provide complimentary pods for the Nespresso and sugar.
*Please bring your own condiments/oil if you plan to cook.
Dining area: Don't be surprised but our cozy cabin can only accommodate 2-4 individuals at the dinning table. We have provided a high top in the living room that could also be used for dining.
Outside: Propane BBQ grill is ready to go. Easily connect to our Bluetooth speakers and enjoy some music. Easy to use Hot Tub, pre-set to a max of 104 degrees. Well-maintained and serviced after each guest. Must be used at your own risk.
You can park in the designated area right in front of the cabin, off the entry driveway.
***Please read over all of our house rules prior to booking. When making a reservation request, please tell us a little about yourselves, and indicate that have read the full listing and house rules.
Cell phone service is limited depending on your carrier - we use AT&T without issue. Log in to the WIFI to stay in touch. Please be patient with the WIFI as it is remote satellite internet. Streaming movies or videos through any platform on the TVs is strictly prohibited as it diminishes data for future guests.
There is wildlife on the property that occasionally can be seen (deer, armadillos, eagles, and hawks) We actively spray for unwanted bugs and spiders. Please be mindful that the cabin is still pretty rural, and wildlife will be present.
We encourage you to bring your own fire starters for the fire pit and welcome you to our firewood.
We are constantly adding new touches to the cabin, so be on the look out for new surprises. We have recently started clearing more land to better the views surrounding the property.
We try not to disturb our guests, but on occasion our lawn mowing service, or spa cleaner, may arrive with short notice. We will do our best to communicate this with our guest so it does not disrupt your vacation.
Excessive Cleaning
Enjoy your stay, but be mindful of the cleanup. We employ a professional cleaning staff adhering to CDC guidelines to make sure your stay is clean and comfortable. However, if it takes our staff longer than 3 hours to clean after your visit a $100 fee will be taken from your deposit.
Temperature Control
To ensure temperature control, while conserving energy, the thermostat can be adjusted between 70-77 degrees F.
