Villa Golden Palm is a brand new gem, situated on the popular hillside famousfor its gorgeous views and convenient access to the beach, restaurants and shopping. While most people will be able to walkdown to the beach, the climb back up the hillside may be a bit challenging for some. Nonetheless, a one-minute drive down the hill to the heart of St Jean makes this villa's location excellent. The spacious villa is fully air-conditioned, and multi-level, complete with an upper pool deck and beautiful landscaped garden below. The main living area, comprised of an open concept living room, kitchen and dining, flows seamlessly onto the terrace, making the space perfect for entertaining. The interior, which can be enclosed by sliding glass doors, is decorated in a fun, modern Palm Beach style, with comfortable neutral-colored furnishings, warm woods and whimsical bronze touches. The modern kitchen has a breakfast bar, plus a fully-equipped, professional chef’s kitchen in the back. The choice is yours to dine in or out as both the indoor and outdoor dining tables each seat 10. On the terrace, plenty of loungers and comfortable seating areas allow your guests to spread out, soak up the sun, take in the view or go for a dip in the large heated infinity pool and jacuzzi.
