Enjoy a fantastic mountain getaway at this log cabin, boasting breathtaking views of the Blue Ridge Mountains. This 3-story home with 5 sleeping areas and 4 bathrooms can accommodate 15 guests. Located just 20 minutes from downtown Marion, 40 minutes from Lake Lure, 40 minutes from Lake James, 50 minutes from Spruce Pine, and 50 minutes from Asheville. The main level features an open-concept living space with comfy leather seating around a gas fireplace and large flat-screen TV. Beyond the living room is the well-equipped kitchen with countertop dining overlooking the kitchen and living area. The living room opens to the partially covered wrap-around deck with an outdoor dining table, gas grill, and hot tub. A second living area on the lower level includes another large flat-screen TV, a pool table, an air hockey table, a dart game, and a bar. The lower level also features a secondary game room with a foosball table, a basketball game, and a kid's ball pit and toys.

The master suite is on the main level and includes a king bed, a TV, a private ensuite bathroom with a large soaking tub, and deck access. The second king bedroom on the main floor has a TV and gorgeous mountain views. Upstairs are two bedrooms with a queen bed and a full bed each. There is a shared upstairs bathroom with a tub/shower combo. The lower level bunk room accommodates 3 with a full-over-queen bunk bed and an attached full bathroom. This room has a Nintendo Switch. Additional sleeping spaces for flexible options include a futon in the lower level family room, a futon in the loft, and a child-sized single sleeper chair.

Come to Escape is located near Lake James, Asheville, Lake Lure, Black Mountain, Little Switzerland, and Linville, providing opportunities to explore many parts of the Blue Ridge Mountains.

Additional amenities at Come to Escape include central heat and air conditioning, a washer and dryer, and wifi. Enjoy the fresh mountain air outdoors with a cozy wood-burning fire pit with Adirondack seating overlooking the mountains. This home is pet-friendly, and up to 2 dogs are welcome with a reservation. Additional pet fees will apply. There is a paved driveway with ample parking and a covered carport.

Additional Notes:
- CANCELLATION POLICY - Bookings canceled 60+ days before arrival will receive a refund of the deposit. Bookings canceled between 31-59 days before arrival will receive a refund of half of the deposit. Bookings canceled within 30 days of arrival are not entitled to a refund unless the reservation dates are rebooked to another guest. All bookings are subject to a $50 cancellation fee.
- There are two security cameras that ONLY point towards the driveway, one looking into the bottom driveway that enters the garage area and the other as you drive up the house over the carport.
- AWD or 4WD vehicles are required in winter months
- This home is pet friendly to 2 mature, well-trained dogs. $25 per day, per dog fee.
- Firewood for the fire pit can be purchased at nearby grocery or convenience stores.
- Please observe a quiet hour of 10PM as there are full time residents nearby.
- Check in is after 4pm and check out is by 10am
- Must electronically sign an additional Rental Agreement Terms and Conditions and any Neighborhood Rules sent by Host (property manager) or entry information cannot be sent.
- Must be at least 25 years old to reserve. This person is required to be the person signing the agreement and must be one of the persons staying in the property for the reserved dates.
- No smoking inside the home. No trace of smoking left outside the home.
- Do not leave food or trash outside as it could attract animals. All trash must be bagged and placed in the trash receptacle indicated in the Welcome Book inside the house or your digital guidebook.
- No parties or gatherings above the posted occupancy allowed at any time. Keep outside noise respectable.
