Shipley Lakehouse on the Peninsula is just minutes from all your needs. 2 min to your choice of 2 boat ramps, hiking trails, restaurants, the trading post (Groceries) & 15 min from Rocker B Ranch for all your tournament needs. This Coastal-designed home is perfect for families & friends to get away and enjoy relaxing near the lake, on the patio, making smores Fireside, having a BBQ and even feeding the deer that travel through!
2 beds/2baths & a Queen Sleeper sofa. Sleeps 6 spaciously!
The space
Each bedroom houses a Queen bed, luggage rack, closet & smart tv. WIFI is provided, feel free to use any of your streaming apps.
Everything is new as of June 2023. Coffee & tea is provided.
Covered Porch is complete with outdoor furniture, a grill & cooler. Firepit has plenty of chairs & additional stone seating. Cornhole boards & Deer corn are available to enjoy. 20X20 Carport with electricity nearby for charging boat batteries. If you have a special event happening, please let us know. We'd love to help making it special!

YOU AGREE TO THE FOLLOWING:
*Pets allowed upon approval. No cats! (Please be mindful that there is no fence around property)
*THIS PROPERTY IS 100% NON-SMOKING. There is a $500 professional cleaning charge along with lost income for those who smoke anything inside OR if the home smells of smoke. Walk down the street if you need one!
* Only registered guests are allowed on this property. Just let us know if you have someone visiting, we are pretty reasonable people.
* ABSOLUTELY no refund for early departures for any reason.
*Check-out is 11am!! Late check outs available upon request. Please honor this time so that we can thoroughly clean the home and prepare for the next guests. A $40 per half hour charge past 11 am check-out may apply unless prior approval.
