The home is equipped with a private pool, BBQ grill, washer/dryer, and themed bedrooms. Located in the beautiful Trafalgar Village, guests have free access to all of the amenities in the community clubhouse.

There are some important things to note related to additional services provided upon request.

• Pool Heat: This is an additional fee of $30/night and it is charged for the entire stay. We require 48hrs in advance to schedule the service. Pool is kept to 87F when in use.

• BBQ: We do offer free use of our BBQ and there is no extra cleaning fee to use it. Although we do have a propane tank on site we leave it to guests to refill the tank if needed (this is not always the case).
