DETAILS: Southern Comfort is a 5-bedroom, 4.5-bathroom Miramar Beach home that sleeps 20. Nestled along the Emerald Coast, it’s surrounded by white-sand beaches and bustling towns. Guests will love sunbathing beside this home’s private pool and the nearby beach access—a quick 2-minute walk away.

This 4-story beach haven opens into a comfortable ground-floor living space and kitchenette, conveniently located steps away from the private patio and L-shaped pool. Grab some sunscreen and spend the day soaking up rays, or fire up the grill and dine at the 4-person outdoor table. The first guest bedroom on this floor has a king bed. The second guest bedroom has a queen bed, a twin-over-twin bunk bed, a queen-over-queen bunk bed, and a queen sleeper sofa. A second queen sleeper sofa is in the living area for additional guests.

Discover the main kitchen, living, and dining area on the second floor. Plan for the day at the 6-person dining table—with additional seating for 4 at the breakfast bar. The living room features a 70†TV and access to one of the home’s many balconies. Down the hall is the primary bedroom with a king bed, private bathroom, and private balcony access.

There’s parking for 2 vehicles in front of the house and 5 complimentary adult bikes are available for exploring the area. This home has access to the nearby Frangista Private Beach Accesses. To get to the Miami Gate, turn left out of the property and walk to Miami Street. Then, cross over Scenic Gulf Drive. It’s about a 2-minute walk.
