A renovated old-fashioned apartment full of light 5 min from the Charles Bridge.
My apartment is located in a renaissance house built during the year 1554. During the centuries the name of the building was "At the Blue deer`sâ and now is being registered in the UNESCO World Heritage Site. Its also located in a historical district called MalĂĄ Strana. There is a tram stop called Hellichova right across the street and the metro station called MalostranskĂĄ is in a reasonable distance as well. The dominant area of this city district is the PetĆĂn hill with its huge park around and a lookout tower that offers remarkable views to the whole city. This park is right behind the block of houses where you would stay in and the top is also reachable with a funicular nearby.
If you want to get know the Prague you have to find some time for these two strolls. The first heads across the Charles bridge and continues straight to the Old Town Square. The second one uses the Neruda street to reach the Prague Castle in minutes.
What you can find in my apartment: One spacious living room with a really comfortable sofabed and a double bed on the second floor. One spacious bedroom with a historical ceiling and a big bed for two guests as well. Fully equipped kitchen with an oven, fridge, microvawe and with everything you need for cooking and preparing a meal. Modern bathroom with easy accessible and spacious shower. There is also a fan included in the equipment. Clean towels, bedsheets and slippers for personal usage in the apartment. Dining table for up to 4 guests on which you can easily work as well. Free Wi-fi and extra heater for additive increase of the temperature.
Please note, that you are renting an apartment, not a hotel room. Your stay is therefore considered as property rental not an accommodation service. Upon your arrival oral sublease contract will be closed to comply with the city rules. Thanks so much for your understanding and I am looking forward to welcome you at our place:)
Stayed here for 3 nights as a family of 6. It was perfect! The loft bed was a delight for my kids, while having a well-stocked kitchen was great for us as a family. Opening the windows allowed for a nice breeze, even when it was hot out, although you may want to avoid doing that if you are a light sleeper - the tram just out front is loud!Martin was also a pleasure to deal with - always responsive if we had any questions. I wouldn't hesitate to recommend this place. I might even try to stay here again myself next time I go to Prague!
The apartment is a beautifuly set up apartment. We felt as at home there. Pictures = reality. Parking is a nightmare in Prag, so you cannot link it to the property review. The owner is friendly and cool.
The apartment is charming, nice floor, beautiful kitchen, everything needed is available, even a washing machine. Sufficient space for the whole family. All of central Prague is in walking distance. A tram goes on the street in front of the apartment, so a bit of noise-tolerance is required.
