Stay in a quiet and bright one-bedroom apartment in one of the most charming locations in Prague. The flat is located at U Lužického semináře 6, right in the heart of Prague 1, just steps from the iconic Charles Bridge and next to the romantic Vltava river canals, where you can even enjoy a scenic boat ride. Prague Castle, Old Town Square, and all major sights are easily reachable on foot.

Situated on the ground floor, the apartment offers a cosy and welcoming atmosphere. Even though it’s right in the city centre, it stays peaceful and calm—perfect for unwinding after a day of exploring. From the balcony, you can enjoy your morning coffee or unwind in the evening with a glass of wine while taking in a direct view of Charles Bridge. The apartment comfortably accommodates up to 5 guests and can additionally accommodate one child, as a baby cot can be provided upon request. The main double bed is located in the kitchen/living area, while the separate bedroom includes a sofa bed for two and an additional sofa bed. The kitchen is fully equipped with a gas stove, oven, fridge, kettle, Nespresso coffee machine, and basic cooking utensils. The bathroom features a bathtub and toilet, and for added convenience, the apartment includes fast Wi-Fi and a smart TV.

The neighbourhood is filled with cafés, restaurants, and small local shops. Several Czech and international films were shot on this very street, adding to its historic charm. Just a minute away, you’ll find the narrowest street in Prague—a fun local attraction.

Please respect our apartment and neighbors. Breaking our house rules will terminate your rental agreement without any refund.

1) Each guest must do an online check-in (without the mandatory registration, it is not possible to be accommodated according to Czech law).
2) City tax is not included and must be collected before accommodating. The city of Prague requires €2.30 / per person / per night.
3) A deposit of 200 EUR is required for online registration as a security measure against potential damages. After each guest`s departure, an inventory check is conducted to assess the condition of all items in the apartment. If no damages or missing items are found, the deposit will be released within 7 days of departure. Please note that the exact timing of the refund depends on your bank`s processing times and policies.
4) Check-in: starts at 16:00. Kindly share your arrival time. Early check-in is always subject to availability, cannot be guaranteed, and an additional fee may apply.
5) The apartment has a self-check-in procedure. The keys are located at the apartment address. All needed instructions will be sent after completing the online check-in.
6) Personal check-in (we will meet you at the address) could also be requested as an extra service. The fee is as follows: 16:00 - 21:00 = 20 EUR / 21:00 - 23:00 = 30 EUR / 00:00 - 00:01 = 50 EUR. The fee is paid in cash during check-in. If you request a personal check-in, please inform us as soon as possible (at the latest, 1 day before arrival) so we can arrange everything accordingly.
7) Check-out by 11:00 AM. Late check-out is always subject to availability, cannot be guaranteed, and an additional fee may apply.
8) Smoking is strictly forbidden anywhere in the apartment. The penalty is up to the full amount of the deposit.
9) Pets are allowed only under previous consultation. An extra fee applies.
10) No parties allowed. Don`t disturb other residents.
11) Respect Czech law and its quiet hours. Keep the noise down between 22:00 PM and 08:00 AM.
12) The primary communication is via the platform you used for booking.
13) Please leave the apartment in a tidy condition when checking out. An extra charge applies if excessive cleaning is needed.
14) Follow the trash disposal instructions and other instructions on how to use the apartment`s appliances.
15) Take care of your keys. If you lose the keys, call the given emergency number. Everything related to the key issues will be at your expense.
