Property was great for our family of four! Lots of space to accommodate us. If you’re looking to BBQ, you will need to go get propane first as it does not come with full tank. Location was great for universal for quick trip home.

We were so impressed with our stay at Ella’s place. The house was very clean and so cutely decorated. We had plenty of room and felt right at home the minute we walked in the door. The communication was spot on through our stay. She answered any questions we had and responded quickly. We are already trying to plan our next visit

We had a wonderful stay! The home was clean, comfortable, and exactly as described. It had plenty of space for my family, and the location made it easy to get to all the attractions we wanted to visit. Check-in was simple, and the host was super responsive and helpful throughout our stay. We really appreciated the attention to detail and felt right at home. We would definitely stay here again and highly recommend it to anyone looking for a great place to stay.

My family of 4 plus our fur baby stayed 4 nights. We LOVED the neighborhood. Beautiful houses, safe, dog walkers everywhere. It was perfect! The house was very spacious and pool was lovely. I especially appreciated the extra fans. Even though the AC kept the house cool. Summer is SoCal is HOT so the fans definitely helped keep the house cool. My 4 year old also loved the kids books. When we come back to LA we’ll definitely stay again!

We had a great experience at this property. It was centralized well for us to move in and out like the Santa Monica, Universal Studios, etc.. The house is clean and easily fit my family of five. Very, very happy with this property and would go back again.

The location was great! One issue was that the windows are painted shut so we were unable to open them and it was warm outside. It was clean and comfortable with 6 guests. Maybe provide a few more cooking and kitchen cleaning essentials, paper towels, etc.

Excellent stay

The location of this property is perfect, whole foods and Starbucks within walking distance, a shopping mall, and restaurants. The property is also a perfect location for all the tourists attractions. The accommodation was lovely, clean, and had all the amenities needed for a family. We can’t recommend this place enough, and Ella was the perfect host.

We would definitely rent this home again. The host was fantastic - very responsive. The location was great. The 20-year-olds took a 15 min.Uber to Universal and others were able to hike in the beautiful Wilacre Park - both locations were convenient. The house was very comfortable for 5 adults - and it was wonderful to have the three bathrooms. The septic overflowed, but it was resolved in several hours. (Cleaning up the septic spillage was difficult as linens and cleaning supplies were very sparse).
