The (2nd) primary bedroom, features a king bed with a full ensuite bathroom and ocean views from its Juliette balcony.

The (3rd) bedroom is equipped with a queen-sized bed with a private full bathroom and garden views.

The (4th) bedroom has a twin-size bed and ensuite full bathroom.

Resort Access:
Reserva Conchal is a gated community with 24/7 security. Your name(s) will be given to the guard at the gate allowing you to enter the property. (You will need to show passport or drivers license.) The condo comes with one covered parking space and ample guest parking. You can walk or drive around the property or take the free shuttle.

The condo has a flight of stairs down and then a flight of stairs up to enter from the street and the complex does not have elevators.
