Unit 84- 1 bedroom, 1 bathroom with fabulous views of the beach looking north! You can watch the guard stands come to life each morning on the public beach and be a part of the action of beautiful Siesta Key from 8 floors up. This one bedroom condo has been recently painted and updated to enhance the unique woodwork and Italian tile. All countertops are granite, featuring a generous bar that stretches the length of one window bank in the renovated lanai with barstools for meals, looking out to the beach. The lanai also boasts a full desk for working from home and a quiet reading nook. In the full tile bathroom youâll find a walk in shower and a grab bar for safety. Two queen beds, a walk in closet and 46â flat screen TV make the bedroom comfortable and flexible for most needs. The living area is fresh and inviting and includes a new 55â flat screen TV. Two barstools tuck in at the kitchen bar for quick snacks. The kitchen is fully equipped with stainless steel appliances, a 12 cup coffee maker, toaster, pots and pans, dishes, etc. Please note that the pool visible from this unit is for the condo building next door.
