Guests have full access and complete privacy inside the home and may enjoy full use of the outdoor amenities. Instructions for access, check-in, check-out, and directions to the home are provided in the house manual on vrbo. When checking out, please be sure all windows and doors are locked prior to your departure.

Parking Instructions:

- Guests are allowed to park in the garage.

- If two vehicles are present, one should be parked in the garage, and the second vehicle can be parked in the driveway.

- Parking on the street is not allowed per HOA regulations.

The HOA prohibits commercial vehicles and trucks over 3/4 ton from being parked at the property. Violations may result in a $100-per-day HOA fine, so please ensure all vehicles comply with this rule.

Trash Instructions:

- Trash pickup is on Monday. The HOA will issue a $100-per-day fine if trash bins are left outside on non-pickup days. Bins must remain inside the garage until Sunday evening and be returned immediately after Monday pickup.

Our housekeeper normally handles placing the bins at the curb and returning them, but if they are unavailable, we may reach out and kindly ask for your assistance to avoid HOA fines. Recyclables may be placed in either bin.
