A completely updated, FUN, and comfortable space to explore the wonder and awe of the infamous and historic mining town of Jerome, AZ and nearby Sedona! A truly convenient location and short walk to local shops, boutiques, mining tours, ghost tours and some excellent restaurants. This home features incredible million dollar views of the Sedona Red Rocks and surrounding Verde Valley. It comfortably accommodates up to 4 adults!
**PLEASE NOTE: There is a flight of stairs to access the house!**
Living Space: Unique artwork & furniture create a chic and playful atmosphere with french doors that open up to the front balcony that overlooks the entire Sedona / Verde Valley. Smart TV w/ Roku & WiFi are provided for your convenience!
***Please note that the fireplace is inoperable and for decorative purposes only. Please do not use.
Kitchen: a long wooden island and breakfast bar create a great space to prepare your favorite home-cooked meals and gather together with loved ones in this beautiful and thoughtfully designed home. Complete with all the necessities of home including a refrigerator, oven/stove-top, microwave, dishwasher, toaster, blender, Kitchen Aid stand mixer and coffee maker! There are plenty of pots/pans, dishes, bake ware, BBQ utensils, and spices and oils.
Master Bedroom: A queen- sized bed sits at the center of this space and french doors open up to the Sedona Red Rocks! This room also features a gorgeous, en-suite bathroom and walk-in shower.
*Please Note: This room has an urban/loft feel as there is NOT a door on this space to separate it from the living room area (as shown in photos)
Second Bedroom: equipped with a full-sized bed to comfortably accommodate 1-2 guests.
Second Bathroom: just off the 2nd bedroom, with a sink, toilet, and walk-in shower.
*Linens are provided for all sleeping spaces, as well as bath towels for each guest. A hair dryer, body wash, shampoo, and conditioner are also provided for your convenience*
Gas BBQ: located on the back covered porch for you use. A propane tank is provided for your convenience.
Gas Fire Pit: privately located on the beautiful flagstone back patio.
The property is meticulously maintained and the interior is professionally cleaned and checked after each stay.
**NOTE: Smoke Detectors, Carbon Monoxide Detectors and Fire Extinguisher are stationed throughout the home for your safety
You will have access to the entire upper unit, including the back flagstone patio and covered front and back porch. Please note: the lower unit is occupied by a full-time tenant. There are separate entrances for these two spaces.
GETTING AROUND:
During certain times of the year, the area hosts live music, parades, and entertainment events. Nearby outdoor adventure includes golfing, fishing, hiking, or biking around one of the many surrounding trails. Additional entertainment and dining recommendations are provided in a Welcome Book upon the arrival of your stay.
This area is a quiet, serene community in which only a small number of homes are rentals. We ask that you please be mindful of this and courteous to our neighbors. Quiet hours begin at 10pm.
There is one parking spot for this home. All parking on this street is first come, first serve and spaces are SHARED by the residents of this area! Please be respectful to our neighbors.
You will need to fill out a Temporary Parking Pass (provided upon your arrival) and keep it in your vehicleâs dashboard when parked at this home.
Please, no pets (not even just to visit), parties, events, or smoking in or around the property. Additional fines for each violation will be charged to the guest who booked and you will forfeit the remainder of your stay with no refund.
If it is available, early check-in is a charge of $25/each additional hour (past the first hour). To ensure the property is ready for incoming guests, late check-out is not possible. Thank you for understanding.
Booking over 2 weeks (14 days) will require a mandatory mid-stay cleaning, billed separately, in addition to the cleaning charged at booking.
We do accept alterations requests, but ask that they be made at least 14 days prior to the start of your original reservation date. Acceptance of the alteration request is at the host's discretion.
Your code to access the house and other check in information are provided to you via email the day before the start of your reservation.
This home is accessible with a private entrance. Self check-in is easy and convenient. Guests will have access to the entire upper unit including the front balcony & both a covered and uncovered back porch.
While we offer privacy and autonomy to our guests, we will also gladly offer recommendations at your request. Your Local Contact is available by phone and can be on site quickly to troubleshoot any problems. We are happy to help you figure your way around with maps/recommendations. Just ask! :-)
Jerome is conveniently located to explore the best of Northern Arizona. A short drive to Old Town Cottonwood & Clarkdale, 24 miles to Sedona, 72 miles to Flagstaff, 35 miles to Prescott, 2 œ hours to the Grand Canyon!
