Quintella left the place extremely clean and notified us when she left so we could get the cleaners in immediately to get ready for the next guests coming in later that day and follwed the house rulesaccordingly. We would definitely have them stay again.

Denise, we’re glad you enjoyed your stay and hope you you consider our place again the next time you’re in the area. We go the extra effort to try and decorate the house during each holiday like you would do at your own house and also equip the house to meet or exceed your expectations. 😄

First of all, the pump is in a timer that cycles 6 hours on 6 hours off. So, the heater, obviously, only comes on when the pump is running. When a cold front comes through like it did the particular time, the pool water can easily drop 15-20 degrees. Pool heaters are not designed to raise the temperature of the water quickly. The heater can only raise the pool water 1/2 - 1 degree per hour on a best case scenario. Therefore, on a 15° drop in water temperature it could take 15- 30 hours to raise the temperature back to the original 87-89° temperature and that is only if the pool pump is immediately reset to run 24 hours nonstop. It’s, actually impossible for any pool heater to maintain an 89° temperature when there is an extreme cold front that plummets the water temperature 20 degrees. It’s simple thermodynamics that people don’t understand with a huge amount of water that needs to be heated. This is not a hot tub that can raise a small amount of water a huge amount of temperature in a short amount of time. We adjust the pool pump to run 24 hours nonstop in circumstances like this and the heater can do only what is thermodynamically possible for the BTU’s it generates. As far as the pantry, it is 8 foot tall by 36” wide, 24” deep with additional cabinets in the laundry room to put things. There are unopened condiments left by other guests that are there to used but they take up a very small portion of the 58 cubic feet of storage space available. 🤷‍♂️
