Next to the Clubhouse! Upon arrival you will experience secure entry to the property with keypad deadbolt and ring security doorbell. Once inside, you can unpack in the master suite (king therapeutic mattress, 50" smart TV, alarm clock with Jack and Jill bathroom from living room to master suite). Living room features a couch that converts to a full size bed, a brand new 50 inch smart TV, stylish decor and fully stocked kitchen and dining space! The back deck overlooks the 10th hole.

Prepare meals for family and friends in your fully equipped kitchen, including the convenience of a blender and toaster. The table and bar will seat 6 to enjoy a meal together or extend into the living area that includes a 50" smart TV, and updated living furniture that can accommodate the whole family for a fun movie night. The couch can convert to a bed or for additional leg support all the way across, with two comfy chairs and a stool for additional living room seating.

Due to the strict guidelines of the condo complex, we are able to safely provide an electric grill on the covered patio which also boasts a table and chairs for two.

Spend time in the condo enjoying a variety of stocked DVDs, board/card games and a mini library of books. Or take advantage of the resort amenities that includes an indoor pool, outdoor pool, hot tub, basketball court, tennis courts, pickle ball courts, fitness center, fishing, playgrounds, picnic areas, onsite restaurant, 18-hole golf course and Pro Shop - all within walking distance of your condo.

Out of respect and comfort for all of our guests and potential allergies, we do not allow smoking or pets in the condo at this time.

Pointe Royale is arguably the most amenity-rich golf resort in Branson. The resort sits on Lake Taneycomo and has direct access for fishing or kayaking on site. Are you a boat owner or want to live the boat owner life during your stay? Fall Creek Marina is just a 5 minute drive from the property and has dock slips, boat rentals, and fishing equipment.

First time to Branson? Your vacation home is in an Ozark town in southwest Missouri known as a family vacation destination. 76 Country Boulevard is famously lined with theaters presenting a wide variety of entertainment options. Also along the strip are the Marvel Cave, the Wild West-style Dolly Parton’s Stampede Dinner Attraction and Silver Dollar City, an 1800s-themed amusement park with live music.

Other attractions include Branson Landing, which opened in the summer of 2006 on the Lake Taneycomo waterfront in downtown Branson. The lakefront project includes retail space with Bass Pro Shops and Belk as anchors in an outdoor shopping mall of stores and restaurants. It also features a scenic boardwalk along the lakefront with the Branson Landing Fountains at the heart of the property.
