Beautiful condo in the heart of Downtown Vancouver, a sub-penthouse unit with two bedrooms, walk-in closet and large patio!
The 790sqf condo has an open kitchen, engineered hardwood flooring, walk-in closet, washer and dryer, BBQ & seating area on the patio with South-western exposure and amazing views of the North Shore Mountains from the 31st floor.
Sleeps 2 in each of the 2 bedrooms.
We are located in Chinatown, with very close proximity to the office area of Downtown Vancouver and at the doorstep of Roger Arena, BC Place, Parq and Edgewater Casinos for all your entertainment needs!
Chinatown boasts some of the city's best restaurants, shopping, and cultural sights, and is just steps away from amazing locations such as Gastown and False Creek having a Walk Score of 99/100 & a Transit Score of 100/100.
Enjoy a bike ride down the seawall which is 5 minutes away.
During the winter season, you’re in for a treat: there are 3 ski resorts within a short distance, Mount Seymour, Grouse Mountain and Cypress Mountain!
Moreso, Whistler Blackcomb is only a 2-hour drive away.
Hiking trails are all around for any age and any level!
Stay for a great vacation or for the weekend!
Nearby stores include T&T, Costco, Rexall, Starbucks, Blenz, 7Eleven, Catfe, Liquor Store and several restaurants from pizza to sushi, vegetarian, vegan.

Building amenities are open to bookings made for 1 month minimum per Strata regulation.
Any additional fees incurred by guest, like movies or additional channels ordered from the unit tv, excessive garbage, any inventory items - broken or missing, will be charged to the guest. The unit has no central air conditioning; Strata is looking into it as of summer 2024.

We really enjoyed staying at this property. It was extremely clean and very close to the metro station and an easy walk to the water taxis. Other than a little delay in using our code to get into the building all went smoothly and the host was very responsive. We would stay in this location again.

We had an excellent stay at Crosstown! The location was fantastic — very walkable and conveniently close to restaurants, shops, and other downtown amenities. The home immaculate, comfortable, and exactly as described.Communication from our host was outstanding throughout the entire stay, with quick responses and clear instructions that made check-in and the overall experience seamless.We would absolutely stay here again and highly recommend this property to anyone visiting downtown Vancouver.

Excellent location, beautiful apartment and a great host. Marcel made our arrival easy and we immediately settled in to enjoy the views. Well located with a lot of restaurants and amenities. Parking was easy and close to public transport too.

The space was small, but lovely. Great view- we spent a lot of time on the balcony. Just enough room for everyone to be comfortable, especially since we didn’t spent a lot of time on site. My only complaint was the check-in process. We arrived quite late and would have preferred to just get a code, open the door, and go to bed. I appreciate the personal welcome from our host, but found it a bit much when we were exhausted & unprepared for a meet and greet. Otherwise? Great experience and would recommend to others.

Nice condo, great location

Stayed with my family for two days prior to a cruise. The location was great, we were able to walk most places and take transit and foot ferries everywhere else we wanted to go.

The property manager, Marcel, was very responsive and helpful. Great location, comfortable space and surprisingly quiet for being downtown. Amazing view of the city.

Location was pretty great. Beautiful view. The check in process was frustrating. I had to ask how to get in because the information wasn’t offered! Was told to buzz the number on the front and I would be met outside. Buzzed the front door of the condo building and waited and then was told to go to the parkade where we would be met. Waited and searched for 10 minutes before finally finding the host to get in. Beds weren’t made and nothing was clean because they claimed to have late cleaners. It’s ok because it happens but I don’t think the cleaners ever arrived at all. The bathroom was dirty. The bath rug is gross and needs cleaning. Soap scum under the soap bottles. Hair and dust all over. The kitchen counters weren’t wiped properly and I ended up emptying the dishwasher. Crumbs in the microwave too. I had to ask for towels as there wasn’t even a hand towel. To top it off I couldn’t do any laundry because the dryer was broken and I was just told not to use it. Air conditioning wasn’t turned on and it was so hot. They don’t have central air so it took until the middle of the night to be able to even put a sheet on for comfort due to the slow cooling. The bedroom with the queen bed needs curtains. The blinds are see through so you will awake with the brightness and heat of the sun. I was given a bottle of wine for the inconvenience which of course was very thoughtful. Would definitely not stay again.

Great stay in Vancouver!

We had such a great stay! The location was fabulous, with so much within an easy walk. Communication with the host was excellent. We especially enjoyed the balcony. The laundry machines allowed us to start our cruise with a full set of clean clothes. Hope we have an occasion to stay here again!

The host was awesome, very easy check in. Great space, with a great balcony. Within steps of the train, and arena. It was warm as there is no central air conditioning, however the portable AC unit was available. Definitely recommend, especially if visiting for a show at the arena.

Marcel is a great host! The condo was comfortable and provided plenty of room for our family of 4. Great views of the city, port and mountains. Walking distance to several tourist areas.

Nice get away in mountains

Awesome view, nice spacious property for a couple or couple with small kids. Great location in terms of proximity to visit important places. Good parking availability. Our trip was in June and weather and temperature was great sunny 60s and 70s. Marcel and his family were great host. Grocery store also very close by for day to day needs.

Quality, comfortable, friendly

Great friendly host, good communication, great location, high quality kitchen equipment, clean, beds perfect if you like them firm, we did. I don’t think I have ever given 5 stars across the board before. We had a great time here.
