Beautiful condo in the heart of Downtown Vancouver, a sub-penthouse unit with two bedrooms, walk-in closet and large patio!
The 790sqf condo has an open kitchen, engineered hardwood flooring, walk-in closet, washer and dryer, BBQ & seating area on the patio with South-western exposure and amazing views of the North Shore Mountains from the 31st floor.
Sleeps 2 in each of the 2 bedrooms.
We are located in Chinatown, with very close proximity to the office area of Downtown Vancouver and at the doorstep of Roger Arena, BC Place, Parq and Edgewater Casinos for all your entertainment needs!
Chinatown boasts some of the city's best restaurants, shopping, and cultural sights, and is just steps away from amazing locations such as Gastown and False Creek having a Walk Score of 99/100 & a Transit Score of 100/100.
Enjoy a bike ride down the seawall which is 5 minutes away.
During the winter season, youâre in for a treat: there are 3 ski resorts within a short distance, Mount Seymour, Grouse Mountain and Cypress Mountain!
Moreso, Whistler Blackcomb is only a 2-hour drive away.
Hiking trails are all around for any age and any level!
Stay for a great vacation or for the weekend!

Any additional fees incurred by guest, like movies or additional channels ordered from the unit tv, excessive garbage, any inventory items - broken or missing, will be charged to the guest. The unit has no central air conditioning; Strata is looking into it as of summer 2024.
