This 5-bedroom, 3-bath home has everything you will need for a memorable Poconos vacation, whether you are looking for some rest and relaxation sitting poolside with a cold beverage, or adventure in the outdoors at one of the many waterparks and ski slopes nearby! Our recently remodeled kitchen with an oversized island is the perfect location to spend time recounting all the fun you will have, from ping-pong and foosball in the game room to playing marco-polo in the custom in-ground HEATED pool, to grilling up a storm in the inviting outdoor kitchen and gas grill. Don’t forget about our brand new hot tub and outdoor gas fire pit, perfect for getting warm and cozy with your loved ones. And that’s just on our 1-acre property! Wait till you venture out into our amenity-rich community complete with 5 lakes, 2 outdoor community pools (seasonal), basketball court and tennis courts.

10 amenity passes are provided with your rental for use during your stay. Guests over age 5 must bring the passes when visiting any of the community amenities.

PLEASE NOTE: Indoor fireplace is not for guest use, however outdoor fire pit is available for use year-round!

Our heated pool is open May-October! The hot tub is available year-round! During the off-season (pool closed) a Spa Fee of $25/stay will be added. During pool season a Spa Fee of $200/stay will be added to your booking, to be paid prior to arrival and is typically already included in the rental fees but if not we will reach out during the booking period.

Our HOA requires a fee of $60 per rental for all short-term rentals in the community. You will also receive a rental registration form with the rental agreement to sign and return at least 3 days prior to arrival. As part of this gated community, all guests must be registered to enter. Gates to the community are staffed 24/7.

Pets allowed on a case-by-case basis. Daily pet fee will be added for additional cleaning.

SNOW REMOVAL: The driveway is a U-shape, which can fit many cars. Thus please move the cars to one side allowing space for the snow plow if you are here when it snows. Please be patient for the driveway and community to be plowed. Shovels are provided if you would rather clear snow on your own.

HOUSE RULES:
Please no pets (unless approved) or parties
Quiet hours begin at 10pm. Please be respectful of the neighbors.
Please no smoking anywhere in the home.
Please follow the rules posted for shared spaces and services in our neighborhood community.
