This recently painted and upgraded chic, large 2 bedroom and 2 bath condo is designed for comfort and relaxation. French doors lead to a large, private deck with access from the master bedroom and living room offering amazing mountain and fountain views. There's an electric grill, table with 4 chairs, 2 chairs for reading/relaxing, a fan for the summer and heat lamp for the winter months.

This upstairs Villa has everything you need. The unit features a large living/dining area with a comfy sectional, wall-mounted smart TV, gas fireplace and a dining table that seats four. The full kitchen has every major appliance and ample cookware and dinnerware to make meal preparation a breeze. Both the master bedroom and the living area open to a private balcony with beautiful garden, fountain and mountain views. Outdoor seating includes a dining table and lounge chairs. First bedroom has a comfy king bed, a dresser, nightstands, a smart TV, reading chair and closet. The second bedroom also has a king size bed, smart tv, reading chair, dresser, closet and nightstands as well as a fireplace, a small kitchenette with fridge and coffee maker and a work desk/vanity area.
Both ensuite bathrooms feature a very large soaking tub and walk-in shower plus a generous supply of towels (pool towels also provided).

Nestled at the base of the Santa Rosa Mountains, the villa is set in La Quinta within a resort-style neighborhood offering access to 12 shared pools, 11 hot tubs, and a large fitness center. Many dining, shopping, and golfing options are a short drive away. Sip on a cup of coffee in the morning from your private deck or stroll the lush, picturesque grounds.

You can take a short walk to the Waldorf Astoria La Quinta Resort and Club next door for some great dining options and spa services.
If you're feeling sporty you can go for a hike on the nearby Cove trails, golf or play tennis. If you don't feel like bringing your golf clubs we can provide a local rental agency that will deliver top of the line clubs right to your door at very reasonable prices.

Self check-in: you'll be provided a keyless door code making it extra easy to come and go during your stay.
