Seahaven Oceanfront Row House
Our rowhouse is direct OCEAN front and steps from the beach. Walk in on ground level and up to beachfront. Go up one more level to two large bedrooms, one with stunning direct ocean front views. Watch for dolphins and whales from the upstairs balcony or stay downstairs and watch the kids play outside the backdoor. The ocean is just on the other side of the sand dune. Oceanhaven is located in the low density stretch of Ocean City, with the least crowded and widest sections of beach.
The house has been recently renovated but retains the charm of the original, unpainted pine shiplap walls and floors. There are floating stairs and glass panels on the main level for outside railings so that the view remains open. High end furnishings and quality mattresses ensure a comfortable stay.
All of the house is available for the private use of guests. There is a sand box "beach" area just outside the sliding glass doors and in front of the dune between the house and the ocean that is great for socializing while kids play and make new friends.
You can access the house via a key pad. I am available to offer recommendations for your stay and to answer questions.
Our rowhouse is ocean front and steps to the beach. The only thing between you and the water is a sand dune. We are in a section of low rise condos and our beach is one of the least crowded areas of Ocean City. Assateague Island and the wild ponies is just 11 miles away. We are also walking distance from great restaurants. Longboard Cafe is two blocks away, Annabelle's and Taco Barrio are five blocks, and The Hobbit is 11 blocks.
The views are spectacular. Watch for dolphins from the upstairs balcony and for foxes playing in the dunes.
1 - Renter must be at least 25 years of age. Guests under minimum age must be accompanied by a parent or legal guardian. As the renter, you agree to be the occupant of the property for the entire duration of the rental. Any reservations under false pretenses will be terminated with no refund.
2 - Pets are not allowed on property.
3 - Property shall not be used by more than the number of adults and children listed on reservation. Violation will result in eviction without refund.
4 - All guests shall abide by good neighbor policy. No engaging in illegal activity and/or quiet hours are from 10pm to 8am. Any violation will lead to automatic eviction without refund.
5 - No trailers, RVâs, or oversized vehicles on property.
6 - No smoking or any kind and no vaping on property.
7 - No parties or events on property.
8 - Renter is liable for any damage to property and agrees to accept charges to the card on file should damage occur during occupancy.
9 - Any fines accessed by condo association or city/town due to the negligent acts of tenant to be paid by tenant. Tenant to be responsible for any legal fees incurred by owner resulting from improper or illegal activities conducted by tenant.
10 - No towels to be placed on railing or decking in accordance with local laws/ordinances.
11 - No fireworks or open flames in accordance with OC Fire Department regulation. Bonfire permit from OC Fire Department only exception.
