5 rooms = 5 king beds. 3 rooms in hall area and other two rooms are on the other side of the house located on each side of the living room.
A small bonus room near the living room area with a big TV for the kids (not pictured currently)- right now it only has 2 chairs in there but it will soon have an added sofa or bunkbed in this space.

Plenty of parking space in the driveway. And you will use the customized 4-digit code sent to you upon your arrival, our front door E-lock will allow you to input your code and enter with ease & grace :)

Carroll`s Difference House Rules & Regulations:

-Must be 25 years of age or older to book and stay

-No more than 10 guests allowed without written/typed consent from the host

-We love hosting guests with their furry companions. A one-time $89 pet fee per pet applies and helps cover additional cleaning, including pet hair removal, to keep the home clean and comfortable for all guests.

-We kindly ask that pets stay off all furniture, including beds, sofas, and chairs. This helps us maintain a clean and comfortable space for everyone. Thank you for your understanding and cooperation!

-Excessive noise & loud music are not permitted - It is a quiet neighborhood…
Absolutely NO parties of any kind during your stay.

-Absolutely NO smoking inside of any kind - $500 fine. Please, go to the front or back porch.

-Candles and burning of incense and outside fires are not permitted due to fire hazard.

-Fire extinguisher under the kitchen sink for emergency purposes ONLY.

-If anything seems out of the ordinary or of concern, please call or make sure to leave us a message. (i.e. any questions, concerns, or any recommendations)–Much appreciated!

-Accidents happen, if something breaks, simply take a photo and share with the host. A consequence for item(s) repayment for making zero contact with the host regarding the broken item(s) will be enforced. If upfront and honest, compromise and understanding will usually work in guests’ favor.
