The vacation home was neat, orderly, comfortable, and very clean. The neighborhood was delightful. We close to everything we wanted to do. We came for a wedding from across the country and this provided a great cozy place to stay and enjoy each other company.
The house was perfect for our stay in Beaufort! It was clean, well appointed, and a great location. It was exactly as advertised so I would recommend it.
Two 50something couples, just getting away....was located near grocery stores, restaurants , bars, the beach, fort macon...great little house in a quiet neighborhood
It's a very nice little home, very cozy, very beach like cottage. We felt like at home right away!
It's about 15mn walking distance from downtown Beaufort.
Great 2 bedroom place close to boat ramps and space to park your boat. We were pleased to be able to rinse off the boat each day and being close to ramp and downtown is great. Easy to get in touch with host on items.
My husband and I stayed here for a quick visit to Beaufort. It is a cute place in a small neighborhood, an easy trip to the main historic area of downtown Beaufort. The beds were very comfortable, towels were fluffy, kitchen was very fully stocked (though we did not eat there other than a quick snack and to drink coffee!) We especially appreciated the cool garage where we could store our bikes easily - there was even an air pump for them:) For location reference: we walked to downtown Beaufort for dinner and it was about 30 minutes; most of the walk was along Front Street or through the historic neighborhoods. The next day we rode our bikes and it was about 5 minutes to downtown and 5 or 10 minutes to the Beaufort Hotel.
If you enjoy old and quaint, you'll enjoy this home. Well supplied with basics. No working ice maker in the freezer, but lots of ice cube trays present. Short drive to town.
