◆ A fully remodeled and EQUIPPED KITCHEN features quality appliances and all the essentials for preparing meals at home, including a KEURIG COFFEE MAKER for your morning pick-me-ups.
◆ The DINING area, conveniently situated within the kitchen space, makes mealtime effortless with a spacious table seating 4 guests comfortably.
◆ There are 2 BEDROOMS, each equipped with a smart TV:
▪ BEDROOM 1: Master bedroom with 1 King bed, located on the main floor
▪ BEDROOM 2: Second bedroom with 1 King bed, also on the main floor
▪ Living room: 1 Queen sofa bed pullout, located on the main floor as well
◆ The property includes 1 full BATHROOM stocked with all the essentials you'll need while traveling.
◆ A WASHER/DRYER combo is located in the LAUNDRY ROOM on the first floor for your convenience. An iron and ironing board are also provided in the unit.

◆ Situated just 15 miles from CLE, Edgewater Park/Beach, and Cuyahoga National Park, and within close proximity to Tremont, Ohio City, downtown, and other attractions.

◆ Guests must climb stairs to access the unit, with 4-5 steps down to the unit (considered a "garden apartment") and two sets of 5-6 stairs with handrails to exit the building. The coin-operated laundry room is on the 2nd floor, requiring climbing up and down a few flights of steps.
◆ Please be aware of potential noise, as the apartment complex has 12 units, leading to occasional general "living" noises.
◆ There is 1 off-street parking space with a reserved sign. Please park there and avoid parking on the other side of the parking lot where the daycare is located. Additional parking may be available on the street where permitted. No RVs or commercial vehicles, please.

◆ Pets are not allowed without prior authorization. If approved, there is a $85 fee for up to 2 dogs (no weight limit). For more than 2 pets, we will charge two pet fees. Please do not arrive with unauthorized pets, as this will result in a $200 fine plus the standard pet fee of $200. Please contact us in advance if you’ll be traveling with your pets.
◆ Enjoy complimentary Wi-Fi, 3 Smart TVs, bed linens, bath towels, and more during your stay.
◆ We provide complimentary basic essentials upon your arrival, including soap, toilet paper, shampoo, conditioner, body wash, trash bags, a roll of paper towels, and some laundry detergent. Please note that these items are not replenished, and you will need to purchase more if you run out.
◆ A security deposit may be required prior to arrival or at check-in, depending on the booking platform used. This fee is charged as a credit card transaction and refunded after check-out, provided all terms are met.
