Three roomy bedrooms offer ample space for relaxation and unwinding. Equipped with brand new and comfortable mattresses, you're guaranteed a restful night's sleep. The carpeted floors, along with desks and chairs in each room, create a cozy and functional environment.

The first bedroom boasts a king-sized bed, a walk-in closet for storage, and a sofa bed, accommodating up to three people comfortably. The attached bathroom features a large soaking tub and a spacious stand-in shower, along with a generous storage closet. Enjoy your favorite TV shows on the flat-screen 4K smart TV from the comfort of your bed.

The second and third bedrooms each provide a queen bed, a desk, and a smart TV, offering a comfortable space for up to two people per room.

Urbana for Easter

Property was perfect for us since our daughter lived near by. Restaurants and grocery store were very close. We loved all the room for spreading out and relaxing. Lots of televisions so we could all watch what we wanted. We will certainly rent again.

Family Stay for Wedding

Beautiful place, had what we needed and lots of entertainment options for the kids. Was clean and the neighborhood felt safe and friendly. Pet friendly, all neighbors had dogs as well. Pros: clean, beautiful furnished yet comfortable, had all the little appliances and extra needed available, safe freindly neighborhood, pet friendly Cons: 1st come 1st serve street side parking, not a driveway or garage access, 2 flights of 2 stairs was a bit daunting repetitively and no deadbolt or way to secure from hall point, lastly this is minor, but weird handwritten signs taped over switches doors and around corners

The property location was good and as expected. Some of the house shutters are in the front yard. The townhome has plenty of room for a family of 6 adults. The home smells terrible. It is a mix of stale smoke and weed. This made for an unpleasant experience. Overall, the house was clean but in need of a deep clean. There is only street parking and a space nearby isn’t always available. The owner did respond and remedied what she could but the horrible odor isn’t something that can be fixed.

Not good. Very dirty.

Sheets and rugs were not washed. Dishwasher filled with disgusting moldy dishes. House stinky. Too many stairs. My sister had just had a knee replacement and didn’t tell us about the stairs. Mirrors and tables were not clean. I believe I should get a partial refund as it was that gross.

Thank you for your feedback. I’m truly sorry to hear that your experience did not meet your expectations. We always strive to provide a clean and comfortable space, so I was surprised to hear about the condition you described—especially since nothing was mentioned at check-in. It wasn’t until the following day, when I reached out to check on your stay, that the concerns were brought up. At that time, I offered to have the cleaners come back and address any issues immediately, but it took another 24 hours for you to respond—requesting a refund instead of accepting the re-clean, which is the standard approach in hospitality policies. As for the stairs, they are clearly shown and mentioned in the listing, and we also provide a 3D tour of the entire space, including the staircases, to help guests decide if the home suits their needs. That said, I understand how this may have been difficult for your sister, and I’m sorry it caused any discomfort. I truly appreciate you taking the time to share your experience and will be reviewing your feedback with our cleaning team to help us improve moving forward.

Roomy & Clean but 2nd floor townhouse- lots of stairs.

My family of 5 adults stayed here for a long weekend to attend the bereavement service of my Mother-In Law. The apartment was very clean, and the owner very accommodating and receptive. We arrived early and we were given a early check-in with no problem. There was plenty of room for immediate & extended faintly to visit. The kitchen had everything we needed. Here are the cons: the furniture in the living by areas is uncomfortable- recliners that did not recline, 2 flights of stairs to climb before you get to the first level. Some family members were over 60 years old so the stairs were a lot, especially bringing luggage and groceries to apartment.
