If you searched the internet for the perfect 4 bedroom cabin - this cabin will start showing up. But book it now before it does as it was just remodeled and there is good availability before it starts to book.

A classic mid century modern cabin shows off great angles and finishes and as a bonus you get to enjoy one of the best views in all of Gatlinburg from an amazing location - just off 321 and looking right over the golf course. Enjoy gathering outside in the outdoor living area or inside in the theater room or game room. This cabin also includes a relic amenity to the smokies and often sought after - a ping pong table.

End your day in your 101 degree hot tub and then retire to 1 of the 4 bedrooms with upgraded mattresses and bedding. The owners of this cabin have many 5 star properties and have used the same formula in this design to deliver an incredible cabin vacation.

*** How Sweet It Is - located near Cobbly Nob, about 20 minutes to stop light #3 in Gatlinburg. There is easy access to this cabin during peak travel as it's off highway 321 in Gatlinburg.

** This cabin is newly remodeled and will book quickly. Since it was recently listed there are several open dates - we suggest booking as dates will fill up quickly.

Free WIFI, a washer / dryer, iron and ironing board, and paved parking are included for your convenience. All linens and towels are provided as well as a starter supply of paper towels, toilet paper, soaps and detergents.

Host requires the guest to sign a rental management agreement prior to allowing access to the unit. The agreement details our cancellation policy, terms and conditions. Must be 21 or older to reserve a cabin and person booking must be staying in the cabin.

We provide a starter supply of paper products, detergents and soaps and coffee filters. We do not supply shampoo, conditioner, body wash and there are no pantry items, spices, salt & pepper or coffee included - guests should bring these items.

This cabin is professionally managed by Elk Springs Resort Cabin Rentals in Gatlinburg, TN. We provide concierge service as well as dispatched maintenance and housekeeping should you need assistance during your stay. The outdoor covered patio was amazing. Everything was very clean and everything worked. It was in the '90s during our stay and if you put the air conditioning below 72 you would freeze. Very highly recommend this wonderful house. If there is a negative at all it would be that it's a little ways out away from everything including Gatlinburg.

The hot tub was actually hot and wonderful! We enjoyed the game room playing ping pong and pool. It didn't say but there were hair dryers in bathrooms so no need to pack those. Would have liked ceramic over glass coffee mugs but minor issue. Would book again!

This house is exactly as listed. It is beautiful and VERY spacious. We had 6 adults and 3 children and we had more than enough room to spread out, yet the game room and dining area was great for gathering. We all had our own rooms and plenty of bathrooms. Kitchen was well stocked. It is a little bit of a drive to get to main areas (about 30 min), but the privacy was great and view is breathtaking. I would definitely recommend and plan to stay again.

The views were incredible, the cabin was clean, and the owners were thoughtful and communicative. I think the only critique I had was that the hot tub is not as big as it seems in the picture online; it fit 5-6 men comfortably. Beyond that though, it was an excellent trip and I would definitely come back.

Overall nice property and location just for the expensive price being better maintained would have been better.

The rooms had dead skin flakes on the floor, it had not been cleaned, came home with bug bites from the bed. Would like to go back but not pay the money we did for being disappointed. Thank you

The cabin was very clean, updated and we all had plenty of space to feel comfortable. There were great areas to gather when we all wanted to be together, but also enough space to always find some privacy or quiet when desired. Having 4 bedrooms and 5 bathrooms made things very convenient for our large group. The game room was also a hit and we loved that it was not near any of the bedrooms so that it could be enjoyed later at night without the worry of disturbing those who went to bed earlier. The view was amazing and we loved having morning coffee on the deck. Communication from the management company was clear, helpful and friendly. This was our first trip to Gatlinburg and we did a lot of research before selecting this cabin and were very happy with our choice!

Loved all the different seating areas. Outdoor space is where we spent most of our time. My only negative was the mattress’s and pillows. Feel that with all the other beautiful accommodations these could be upgraded. With that being said it would not stop me from booking again. House is just beautiful and so are the views.

We were able to cook 3 days of meals with the kitchen supplies in the cabin. The view was amazing and someone checked on us the day after we arrived to make sure we were comfortable. The only complaint we have is for the second year in a row renting from Elk Springs we had to wait for our cabin. We were told no earlier than 3 and on way to the cabin we got a text saying 4pm. We were more than half way to the cabin. The expectation for a check in time in a place that expensive is a prompt check in. We were given a late check out time which was very helpful.

Only three small things to note. 1 - No tub in any of the bathrooms. (Our grandkids normally bathe in tubs). 2 - Bring your own Kuerig unless you prefer brewing coffee with the provided "old school" coffee maker. 3 - We're ceiling fan people. Ceiling fan in only one bedroom. We packed a box fan and that worked! These are small things! Again, this cabin is absolutely amazing. You'll love it!!!

Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: The house was fabulous except for the fact that two of the three full bathrooms did not have shower doors. Both bathrooms had only one door on the shower which was extremely frustrating. We were able to get extra towels for the floors to stop the flooding but the issue should not have happened. When I called the office, they were aware of the problem and mentioned something about waiting for a vendor. I am disappointed that they did not inform us or simply put up a shower liner/curtain in each bathroom (a simple fix). Otherwise the property was wonderful. If the bathrooms were not a problem, i would have given this a 5 star review.

“NOT So Picture Perfect “

"I recently stayed at ELK Springs Resort and was deeply disappointed with the service. From the moment we booked with VRBO it was nothing but a hassle until we arrived, it was clear that the resort was not well-managed. The check-in process was chaotic; our room wasn't ready despite arriving well after the designated check-in time 3 PM. The staff seemed overwhelmed and uninterested in our issues.The staff were not only unhelpful but also quite rude. When we had questions and issues with our room, they responded with impatience and seemed annoyed by our requests. One staff member even raised their voice at us, Hung up on us TWICE! which was completely unprofessional and unacceptable. This level of disrespect made our stay VERY uncomfortable. Additionally, the cleanliness of the establishment was below standard.The bed linens appeared to be stained, The cleaners were still in the rental when we arrived at 3:00pm and inconvenienced our time in the rental to be able to unwind before attractions, that we had to cancel due to the Cleaners not being done until 5:20pm. During that 2 hours the cleaners acted as if we inconvenienced them but they inconvenienced us arriving at 3pm receiving the code to enter the home at 3:18pm walk in to trash bags, dirty towels , pop cans, unclean kitchen , floors unswept and unmopped the list goes on.

The only complaint we have is for the second year in a row renting from Elk Springs we had to wait for our cabin. We were told no earlier than 3 and on way to the cabin we got a text saying 4pm. We were more than half way to the cabin. The expectation for a check in time in a place that expensive is a prompt check in. We were given a late check out time which was very helpful.
