You will feel right at home in our basement floor apartment. Minutes from downtown Raleigh’s premier restaurants, shopping, and nightlife. Walnut Creek Amphitheater is 5 mins away. NCSU is 10 mins away. PNC Arena, Red Hat Amphitheater, Lincoln theater, the Ritz music venue and NC State Fairgrounds are all a short drive away. It is a 20-minute drive to RDU international airport. This place is good for couples, solo adventurers, business travelers, and families and friends (with kids and pets).

✩ Bathrooms - towels, shampoo, conditioner, & body wash provided as well as other basic necessities to make your stay enjoyable.

Guest access

There are outdoor common areas you are welcomed to use. Sit at the pond and meditate, enjoy either the wood burning fire pit or the propane fire pit. Chat with the neighbors under the covered porch.

We have several cats who live at the Manor. They do not go into the units, but you will see them on the property. Feel free to check out their pictures to learn their names.
