Family size Beach house located right on the lagoon

About this space
Relax at this beautiful beach house with a lagoon/water front view and only a 5 minute drive to Long Beach Island. The house sleeps 11 ( one bedroom with twin beds, one bedroom with a queen bed, a loft with 3 trundle twin beds, and a pull out sleeper couch). This is best suited for up to 6 adults and 4-5 children. The home includes off-street parking spaces, a 4 car driveway, a fenced-in back yard with patio table and chairs & gas grill. Access to apps on Roku TV. We are located in a family oriented community, there is a strict 10pm noise ordinance and zero tolerance policy towards loud parties of any kind.

The space
The house includes 2 bedrooms and an oversized loft. There are two full bathrooms, an open concept kitchen, living room as well as a sun room.

Other things to note Renter’s should be aware that there is full access to the lagoon via a dock. There is no gate to the dock and therefore children should be monitored with adult supervision at all times. No pets allowed. No smoking permitted. Towels and sheets will be provided. Renter’s beach flag or wristband can be purchased from the lifeguards on the beach during in-season use.
