Sitting on five acres, you will feel the solitude but are only 5 minutes from 29 Palms, 15 minutes from the Joshua Tree town center, and 15 minutes from the Eastern Joshua Tree National Park entrance. The space:
Casita Nandina is a ~700 sq ft small home with two bedrooms and one bathroom. The bedrooms are small and cozy but have king beds and the softest linens. Each room also has its own mini split so you are able to be completely comfortable in your sleeping environment.

The spacious bathroom has a large shower with plush towels for full relaxation after a long day outdoors. Stocked with Public Goods shampoo, conditioner, body wash, and lotion, you can leave your travel bottles at home!

The kitchen has all of the necessities and several luxuries. A gas stove, Hexclad cookware, and multiple ways to make your morning coffee or tea are just a few.

The living area has a 55 inch smart TV that allows you to connect and cast your favorite streaming services. The home is also setup with Starlink internet service so you will always have fast internet. If you want to truly unplug, feel free to use the record player or play a board game.

A local design store, Geode and Gypsum, provided all of the furniture and decorative details in the home.

A large fenced in patio surrounds the house providing privacy while still allowing for unobstructed views out into the desert landscape. The patio is made for relaxing while having your morning coffee or evening glass of wine. The hot tub is situated to watch the sun set over the mountains to the West.
