Ma famille et moi vivons à plein temps à Lexington, MA. Nous avons décidé d'acheter une maison de vacances à Chatham, MA en raison du court accès de Boston. Chatham a tout le charme et la beauté de l'île de nantucket, où nous nous sommes mariés. Il se trouve que Chatham est tellement plus facile d'accès que Nantucket! C'était un investissement pour nous car nous apprécions l'expérience et la qualité de vie que nous avons eues en vacances à Chatham. C'est un lieu de vacances merveilleux et le meilleur sur le cap! Nous esperons que vous aimez votre sejour!

Mots-clés: belle maison de vacances toute l'année avec planchers de bois franc finis partout - entièrement rénovée avec une belle terrasse extérieure et un coin repas couvert. Nouvelle cour, nouveau revêtement, nouvelle terrasse, nouveau système d'irrigation, nouveaux planchers de bois franc, nouvel éclairage encastré, nouveaux lits, murs nouvellement peints, nouveaux meubles et tous les appareils. Comprend une nouvelle chaleur CVC et une climatisation centrale tout au long de ces journées / soirées humides!

Le pont géant dans la cour entièrement clôturée profite pleinement du soleil et de la cour. Table de ping-pong saisonnière printemps, été et automne, foyer au-dessus du sol, fers à cheval et clôture avec douche extérieure chaude / froide - tout nouveau !!!.

Comprend une glacière / roues et un chariot de plage (autres articles de plage pour enfants), un énorme gril à gaz en acier inoxydable.

We had another great stay at the location. Very clean, well stocked kitchen and perfect location close to Main Street Chatham. The fenced in yard is always a plus for the kids to play without having a worry. Check in is easy with keyless entry. Thanks for sharing your home!

Beautiful area and great space for family get together!

The house was perfect for our family trip. Three generations came together, we were all able to have plenty of personal space and areas to get together. The house is also perfectly located in Chatham to get to many beaches and the main st. The kitchen was lacking some essentials we are used to for rentals, like salt or spices but otherwise it was well stocked with dishes and appliances. We would definitely recommend a stay here!

Great Vacation Home

Such a nice home, we didn't want to leave. Everything was great, from the fire pit in the yard to the tic tac toe board in the main house, it couldn't have been better. Very neat and clean both inside and out. Would definitely recommend to family and friends.

A beautiful home that was spacious and conveniently located near the Chatham pier, shops, and Cape beaches. Some of the photos/descriptions on the website were misleading. The king bedroom on the first floor does not have a double futon (only a king). The fire pit does not have Adirondack chairs. The bathrooms are updated now and terrific.

Thank you very much for your stay and hope you come back again! The King Bedroom has a King Bed on the 1st floor. The 2nd Bedroom on the 1st floor has a double Twin or a "TRUNDLE". I will correct that wording, thank you for pointing that out. Yes the Adirondack Chairs were replaced with chairs that have a straighter back as many of our elder repeat guests asked for those. I will grab a few other Adirondack Chairs to compliment those now also. Thanks for all your input and glad you enjoyed everything. David

Family Friendly Experience

David and Evelyn thought of every detail to make the week a winner. The home is impeccable. They thought of supplying many beach essentials so we didn’t have to. They were extremely responsive to our needs.

A really cute house

I rented this house with 5 friends for a ladies weekend away. The house was just as shown in the pictures. It was super clean, well-kept and comfortable. The owners always responded promptly to my communication - I felt that they really wanted everything to be just right for us. I would certainly recommend this property to anyone who wanted to stay on the Cape. Chatham seemed like a sweet town and I would love to come again in the summer when more restaurants and shops are open.

Good but a few improvements will go a long way

After a few initial hiccups and correspondence with David, we were generally pleased with the home, the yard and property, the accommodations, and the location. With that said, the home itself could use a little TLC to help it sparkle. Items like busted screens, dirty walls, and wiggly headboards are holding us back from a 5 star rating.

Perfect Escape!

I rented out this listing with a large group of friends to relax and escape quarantine life. It was everything we had hoped it would be! The weather was great so we were able to really enjoy the huge backyard, patio and fire pit. The entire house was very clean and my group loved the bathrooms that were recently renovated. We really appreciated that the hosts also provided plenty extra household supplies which in times like these are very essential. The separate private room above the garage was also beautifully designed (it was just missing window curtains). All in all, a very great trip and would recommend to anyone visiting the Cape!

Thanksgiving Weekend

Our party of 9 was quiet comfortable in this clean and well equipped home. The location is a short drive to the lighthouse, downtown and several beaches. It is also walkable but we were there in November when temps were not conducive to a comfortable walk. The property managers were helpful and responsive. We enjoyed the ample living areas which feature beautiful wide pine floors! The open floor plan was ideal for our large group. The temps outside were frigid but the home stayed comfortable and warm. We had no problem preparing our Thanksgiving Dinner in the updated kitchen! We have booked this home again already!

Birthday celebration in Chatham

We had a wonderful 3 day stay in Chatham. The house is bright and has so much character and space. The kitchen has everything you would need including a Keurig and filtered coffee machine. Loved the keyless entry and the outdoor living. We had fun one night with Trivial pursuit card questions around the fireplace and we enjoyed our outdoor breakfasts on the deck. My two pups loved the outdoor space with the fenced in yard and the outdoor shower is a must with warm water in the fresh outdoors. We enjoyed the Chatham Fishing Pierre with lots of seal sightings, long walks on Nauset Beach and a visit to the Monomoy Wildlife Refuge. A very memorable weekend in a lovely home in quintessential Chatham.

Pretty close to perfect!

This house is perfect for a family get-together at the Cape. It has great living space for the family to hang out together, but still has plenty of nooks and crannies for people to have their alone-time. . . both indoors and out. The “bonus room” above the garage is a very cool little sanctuary within the property. It’s located very close to everything. In fact, my daughter walked to the fishing pier for a lobster roll and to watch the seals. It was a 3 minute drive to the Chatham Bars Inn for dinner and less than 10 minutes to the Chatham Squire and Main St. shops. The communication with David and Evelyn was clear and fast. They were very accommodating to our needs. We’ll definitely come back to Chatham - and rent this house again when we do!

Great Cape Cod Rental

This house was perfect for our family. The layout includes a King bedroom and full bath on the first floor which was great for my 80 year old father-in-law. There was a bedroom with daybed as well as the kitchen, living room, dining room, nook, laundry, and sitting room. Upstairs the two bedrooms and full bath was great for my family of 4 but could have accommodated an even larger group in the 3 twin and 2 full beds. Above the garage there is a queen bedroom with half bath with access from an outside stairway from the back porch. The fenced in yard with outside shower and official sized ping-pong table made for great entertainment when we weren't making smores in the firepit or grilling in the weber gas grill. The garage even has an extra fridge/freezer and beach toys/chairs along with 2 adult bikes and 1 kid bike. This property was clean and just as advertized. Communication with owners was easy and prompt. Check in included getting emailed a door code the day before check in. Our family gives this location a 5/5 and if we plan another trip to Cape cod this will be the first property we look for.

Great place for a fall weekend in Chatham

We had a great stay at David and Evelyn's place in Chatham. The house was clean, spacious, nicely furnished -- and just down the street from the wedding venue we were attending! Would highly recommend.

Beautiful property

My family very much enjoyed this property for a long weekend. The ease of having a keyless entry was a surprising detail that was nice to have. The fenced in property was perfect to keep the dog and kids in the backyard without having to worry about them wondering off. The entire house was very clean and well stocked with pillows and blankets after coming in from the fire pit on a chilly night. My sister and young daughters favorite part was the “clubhouse” (as we called it) that was located just outside the main house. We are already looking to come back, to this property, in September!

Evelyn and I (with our 3 kids) live full time in Lexington, MA. We decided to purchase a vacation home in Chatham, MA because of the short access from Boston. Chatham has all the charm and beauty as Nantucket Island has which is where we married. It just so happens Chatham is so much easier to get to than Nantucket! This is our third purchase and because of the experience and the quality of life we have had vacationing in in Chatham we have purchased an additional property and decided to rent out this property moving forward. We hope you enjoy your stay!

Being in North Chatham and at 8/10ths of a mile north of the Chatham Bars Inn this location gives us great access to the Atlantic ocean side beaches, Pleasant Bay and Downtown without running into any major traffic. We have totally redone this house. From the front and back yard, to new fencing all round, outdoor shower, new huge deck. The quality of the house and the fact we have a beautiful backyard with brand new large deck with fire pit and all weather table top tennis is fantastic and lots of fun! Additional benefits include central heating and central A/C throughout. The fourth bedroom is attached but has access thru the exterior back deck with secure keycode access with year round heat and ac units and includes dish network with plasma TV and queen size bed.

This property has been completely done over and has new furniture, and has high speed Internet (wireless), 3 Plasma Wide Screen TV's. (separate one for kids to hook up their play-station or Xbox).
