Lakeshore Landing - Belle maison récente lac Sebago - Central A / C!

Construit en 2004, Lakeshore Landing est une belle 1800 m² maison du lac offrant vue sur l'eau, intérieur en pin noueux, plafond cathédrale.

Situé sur le lac Sebago le doigt inférieur de Kettle Cove, à côté de Sebago State Park. Notre association est adjacente à la Point Sebago Resort and Golf Course. Profitez de la vue de l'eau à l'arrière de la maison ou de marcher quelques maisons plus loin notre chemin privé à la plage partagée.

Lancez votre bateau à notre rampe de lancement de l'association et profiter de 45 mile carré de l'eau la plus propre, vous trouverez, tirer vers l'île de Frye, parc à la barre de sable, ou de prendre un voyage les serrures à Brandy Pond et le lac Long. Les motoneigistes peuvent utiliser le vaste réseau de sentiers de Casco à obtenir l'accès à des milliers de miles de sentiers de motoneige.

Profitez High-Def Télévision, Internet haut débit, Wifi gratuit et télévision personnelle dans chaque chambre à Lakeshore Landing. Regardez les plongeons et canards à l'arrière que vous vous asseyez par le foyer ou restez à l'intérieur et de jouer une variété de jeux que nous avons. Notre espoir est que nous avons pensé à tout ce dont vous avez besoin et que vous voulez! Nous avons même une voiturette de golf et d'un quai local (en option). Les niveaux d'eau derrière la propriété permettent normalement pour faire du kayak ou canoë directement derrière notre maison sur le lac ouvert. Lorsque Sebago fait baisser les niveaux d'eau (normalement mi Août disponible par mi-mai), l'eau ne peut pas venir tout le chemin jusqu'à notre quai.

Well appointed property both inside and out. Great back yard for hours of cornhole and to finish the night by the fire making s’mores. Dock for our boat was a must and although it was not on the property the golf cart provided made it super convenient. Kettle cove is an excellent location for access to the lake as well as convenience to coves that shelter you from the wind. Kevin was on point. Very helpful and immediate response to any needs. Great place to stay. Great hosts. Will do again!

Good Times in Casco

Well appointed, updated home near Kettle Cove. The home itself is very clean and in great shape. It is well stocked with everything needed for a fun vacation. A Dock was a short walk or golf cart ride from this lovely home and I was able to dock my 22 ft pontoon boat. There was a beach there as well. The back yard is large and there is a fantastic Solo fire pit that was a huge hit with the family! The s’mores provided by the owner didn’t hurt either. The home accommodated at one point 6 adults and an infant with ease. Highly recommend and very likely to return!!

Great home for vacationing in the area.

The house manager was very responsive to our needs. The home was very clean and looked brand new. The grounds were well maintained and had ample parking and the dock behind the property provided solitude. It was a very peaceful area. Incredibly we experienced very few mosquitos. The only drawback was the beach area; boats were coming and going next to the swimming area which poised a safety concern because it was not entirely roped off. This could be resolved by extending the swim area to include the right side of the dock. Adding a second picnic table would also help. We used the home primarily for visiting/enjoying the events in the area and going to sebago lake park.

met expectations

pleased with the house and accomodations. # of beds good for 6 people with some adjustments based on ages and gender. Kitchen was well stocked with pots, pans, dishes, glassware and utensils. Ample trash and recycle bins although it did require up and down stairs. central area turned out to be the kitchen but that worked our fine with table and chairs for 6. Beach area was not great but was as pictured. Some of us were older or not flexible enough to use the kayak, but some of that was due to the weather. Loved the # of tv's in the house. Also was close to route 302 which is convenient

Nice house but NOT on the lake

This house is located on a dirt road looking at a small (you could throw a stone across it) finger of the lake. When we stayed in early August the narrow span of water was filled solid with cattails. Yes, I should have done better research but the impression I got from the posting was "house on the lake." I did not enjoy the set up of walking down the road to sit in a cramped area of docks. The house is very new and in excellent condition with a terrific open floor-plan kitchen. Bedroom are very cramped and none have adequate drawer space for a couple sharing a room.

I'm sorry if the house or property didn't meet this guest's expectations. We've had nothing but positive feedback and we were very disappointed in learning that she was not satisfied with our property. It was the first such feedback we had received. We are committed to ensuring a positive experience for our guests. I had tried to reach this guest via both phone and email several times between the online booking and visit and had never received a response. I'm sure if we had the chance to discuss this guest's wants and expectations for a particular vacation home, we may have found they should have rented a waterfront property with swimming in the rear of the house in your particular case. Of course those properties come at a higher rental rate. Upon arrival we were notified by this guest of another property they had access to stay at in the area that week free of charge and we were threatened a negative review if we did not issue a full refund. We did offer a partial refund which was refused. We encourage all potential guests to ask us any questions you may have prior to your booking. If our property is not suitable for you an your family we will gladly A) Try to accommodate your needs to the best of our efforts or B) Suggest other properties that may be a better fit.

Sebago Lake House Review 18JUL2025

Rating: (4/5)Our group of 10 had a good stay overall at this property and appreciated many of the thoughtful touches — especially the baby gear (highchair, gates, pack 'n play), the location, outdoor seating area, firepit, grill, golf cart, and dock. The host was also very responsive, which we truly appreciated.That said, a few things kept it from being a full 5-star experience for us. We had some difficulty checking in due to the door code being sent through the VRBO app (which we couldn’t access easily until inside to get the WiFi access.) This area has challenging Verizon coverage. Some of the beds, especially the futon-style lower bunks, were uncomfortable for adults, which affected our stay. The AC was very cold on the lower level but struggled upstairs on hot days. During our stay the beach area was not well maintained, so we ended up not using it. We also ran low on basic supplies like toilet paper and paper towels midweek with our group of 10.Overall, the home has great potential and many positives — with a few improvements, it could be a top-tier rental.

Nice property

It was a charming house and fairly new, everything was clean and well maintained. The golf cart was a hit with the children, but the lake was only a few hundred yards from the house so it was a short walk. It was nice having the cold Air conditioning during the muggy parts of the day.

Beautiful house and property

The property was very well maintained inside and out. Very clean and well kept. Totally quiet and comfortable and then your minutes away from the water and the fun of the boats and the sandbar. Great place and would definitly stay again!

Amazing Sebago Lake Rental with all the ammenities

My husband and I have an amazing time with friends staying here. Rare to stay at such a nice (and clean) rental property with so many amenities (AC & WIFI!!!) and still convenient whether you want to hang at the beach or go out! We made good use out of the deck, backyard and fire pit. Loved it and can't wait to go back!

5 Stars! Great Sebago Home!

My family and I spent the Memorial Day weekend at Lakeshore Landing and had an absolute blast. What a great area! Gorgeous home... Cozy, clean and close to everything. Right on the water too! No complaints what so ever. We enjoyed our stay and look forward to coming back! Thanks for the memories!
