Perfect

The house was perfect and close to all the things we wanted to see in Sedona. Walked the neighborhood it was beautiful with great views. The house was comfortable with a two master suite feel.

Perfect Place

Clean comfortable home in a very nice quiet neighborhood close to hiking trails. Comfortable beds. Short drive to grocery stores and restaurants. Host was very available to answer any questions and make suggestions on what to see in the area. Will definitely stay here again.

Wonderful Stay

Had a wonderful stay at this lovely property and to Sedona. Traci, the property manager was very responsive and friendly. She responded quickly to all of our questions. The house was very clean and spacious. Kitchen was large, fully equipped, and included coffee. The beds were comfortable. The view of Sugarloaf out the front door is amazing. You can walk to the Sugarloaf trail head from the house. I highly recommend doing this as the view from the top is gorgeous. The rental is close to the hiking trails. So, the location worked out great for our party. You will need to drive to shops and restaurants. The is limited parking in Sedona. However, there is a service called Shuttle Connect that will pick you up and take you places for 2 a person/ride. We were more interested in the views and hikes than walkability to the shops. It was a wonderful spot to come home to at the end of a day of hiking! Would highly recommend.

Perfect Stay in Sedona

I can't say enough good things about this cute little house. The history of the home is amazing. It is well stocked with everything you could need including coffee, condiments, spices and a darling little welcome basket with snacks. The Welcome Book gave us good insight into things to do in Sedona. I only wish we could have stayed longer. I highly recommend Javelina Manor!

Fabulous Location, Nice Clean Property

We have been to Sedona before and think this location beats “downtown” hands- down. The proximity to trails, shopping for food and the peaceful streets are a great way to spend you time when not on the trails. We’d absolutely rent here again.

Sedona Mountain Bike Trip

We really enjoyed our stay at Javelina Manor! It was close to the festival but also close to the area attractions we wanted to hit. It was nice having two separate bedroom areas and the house was stocked with everything we needed. It was clean and well maintained and the owner had a notebook with great information. Our only recommendations would be to put room blackening curtains in the bedroom next to the laundry room and to put alarm clocks in the bedrooms.

Lovely home and knowledgable owner

Traci’s home is cozy and comfortable. It is only 6 to 8 minutes walk to a trail that connects to sugarloaf trail. Traci is very knowledgeable about the area and answered many questions I had about hiking trails. We had a great time at Sedona and even made a day trip to Grand Canyon! I would recommend Traci’s house without any hesitation.

Perfect for our mother/daughter getaway

The house was beautiful, well supplied, comfortable and clean. The split bedroom suite concept worked great for adults traveling together. Location was great too in a nice quiet residential neighborhood. Felt like home away from home.

Nice and comfortable

Great location for hiking; nice to have two king beds (the master bedroom bed is more "saggy" than the second bedroom); kitchen and coffee center is well stocked; yoga studio was hot and stuffy with the hot weather ( not air conditioned ); we would go back.

Perfect Location

Traci was a great host! Beautiful home in a great area of Sedona. Very interesting history about the area. Hiking trails within walking distance. And some great hiking only a short car ride away. Would recommend the scenic train ride near Jerome, which Traci recommended to us. We will definitely return and stay here again.

Love West Sedona

Wonderful property. Accurately identified, so very clean and neat, and the most attentive property manager we've ever worked with!!! Close to restaurants and our beloved hiking trails. I'd contacted over 30 properties to find a "scent free" environment, and this is it. Traci thanks for everything. As you already know, we will be back in January and February.

Perfect Family Vacay Home

This property was perfect for our family of four! Parents had our own room and bathroom separate from the kids. We were within walking distance to great hiking trails and driving distance to so many great experiences! Lots of memories made here. We saw the javelinas in the yard on our last night! Super clean, easy check-in and check-out, and had everything we needed. Be sure to check out the welcome binder by the front door!

The pictures don’t do justice to this property! It is beautifully appointed and wonderfully stocked with everything you could possibly need. It is on a large lot and well landscaped and maintained in a very nice neighborhood. Overall, it was an awesome experience.

Old Fashion Home Stay

Home was clean. Was not modern. Very homey feel. Could use some updating with the curtains and bed decor. Overall, it was an okay stay. No air conditioning had to use a fan. For the price base and being in the desert that was a big letdown especially for the asking price. Really no air. In the desert. My friend enjoyed it. thought the house was cute. Would not rent again due to no air conditioning. Looking for a more modern stay. Again, it was clean. Upon walking in they had a pest control trap right at the front entrance. I did not know if it was for mice or roaches. My friend said mice.... Kind of did not like that. Had me looking around on the floor come night fall.

Three Generations Girls Trip

Wonderful! The house was lovely. So many things to see and do in the area. We felt like we had our own tour guide since the information provided before our trip and the customized binder that was at house made it so easy. Thank you! This was the sixth year we have travelled together- grandma, two daughters and one grand daughter. A fantastic memory was made this trip.

Fabulous home and location

My husband and I, along with our friends had a great time here. The set up is perfect for two couples, with each of us having our own side of the house with bedroom and bath. Kitchen was stocked well with everything we needed. Propane gill was great for a stay at home dinner! Lots of gathering spaces, the guys were able to watch a game inside while us gals drank some wine in the backyard. So very clean. Wound certainly recommend this house for a fabulous excursion in Sedona.

We love Sedona, great friends, good music, great food & drink, and cats. We enjoy hiking Sedona's trails, which changed our lives. Indeed, we were married on the summit of Bear Mountain! When we need a change in scenery, it’s typically within Arizona or a short trip to Utah, Nevada, or Southern California, with the Pacific Ocean. Desert, mountains, and ocean, who doesn’t love a good mix?! We are middle-aged Systems Engineers, clean and tidy, with an unquenchable hunger for travel. We love painting, cooking, hiking, and gardening.

The Mary D. Fisher Theater, the host of the Sedona International Film Festival, is just a five-minute drive away. With this home's convenient location, you can reach any destination in West Sedona within 5 to 10 minutes of drive time.

The trailhead to the Teacup trail system, Sugarloaf, Chimney Rock & Coffee Pot Rock is located around the corner a short 7-minute walk from the house. Posse Grounds Park is also a 7-8 minute walk from the house.

Only a five-minute drive to the Mary D. Fisher Theater for the Sedona International Film Festival. From the house, you can be anywhere in West Sedona within a 5 to 10-minute drive time.

Sedona West I & II is a neighborhood that has a fascinating history. It was established in 1960 on land that was once the site of John Wayne's "old west" Republic Pictures movie lot, which operated there from 1946-1959. Before that, it was a ranch owned by local homesteader Jay Cook, and in even earlier times, it was untouched wilderness.
Javelina Manor is situated in a tranquil part of this neighborhood, conveniently close to some of Sedona's most incredible hiking and mountain biking trails. From the Casita's front, you can take in the breathtaking views of Sugarloaf Mountain, Coffee Pot Rock, and Capital Butte in the Thunder Mountain range.
