The Space:

Snow settles softly over the neighborhood as city lights glow nearby, creating a calm retreat that still feels closely connected to the rhythm of Salt Lake City. After a day out, you return to a warm, comfortable home where quiet evenings, glowing screens, and shared meals make it easy to unwind. The space invites you to settle in, stretch out, and enjoy the blend of city convenience and cozy winter ambiance.



Sleeping arrangements

Three bedrooms host king and queen memory foam beds, each dressed in soft linens and equipped with room‑darkening shades. A walk‑in closet provides ample storage, and extra pillows and blankets are stocked for added comfort. With two full bathrooms and a convenient half bath, the home accommodates up to eight guests without crowding.



Living space

Smart TVs are placed throughout, including a 75” TV w/ Netflix and additional 55‑inch Smart TVs for movie nights or a quick show binge. Central heating keeps the interior snug during colder months, while ceiling fans are ready for airflow when needed. The open‑plan living area flows into a dining table that encourages relaxed meals and conversation.



Kitchen & dining

The fully equipped kitchen offers everything you need to prepare breakfast, a hearty dinner, or a late‑night snack. A dining area seats the whole group, making it simple to gather around for meals after a day of exploring the city. An in‑unit washer and dryer add convenience for longer stays.

This is a 3 story townhome with 2 flights of stairs, please note where the bedrooms are. (1 is on the ground floor, 2 are on the 3rd floor)
