A gas fireplace adds warmth on cooler evenings, and for movie enthusiasts, a private theater is available (subject to availability), offering a pleasant way to unwind. A note about our amenities
Certain listed amenities must be reserved separately and may be subject to availability. Living areas and outside amenities are common to all guests. Basketball and tennis are on-site and access is included, all other activities must be reserved separately. Access to the kitchen areas is limited to refrigerators, microwaves, dishes/utensils, and coffee maker. Full kitchen use is reserved for sell-out reservations only. Call for details.

**The heated, outdoor pool is open from Memorial Day Weekend through Labor Day Weekend. The tennis and basketball courts are closed during the snow season. Hot tub is open until Jan 4, 2026 and will reopen Memorial Day Weekend 2026**
