Guest access:
Entire property with private entrance, patio, washer and dryer. Private entrance with private yard. Yard has BBQ grill and dining area with giant Jenga! Free parking spaces, fast Wi-Fi and 15 minute walk to the Rose Bowl!

BEDROOMS:
-Bedroom 1 - 1 queen bed, 58-inch Smart TV (Netflix, Hulu, Disney Plus, ESPN+), charging station, office work space. Memory foam mattress and pillows! (Sleeps 2)
-Bedroom 2 also Living Room - 2 twin beds (daybed, with pull out bed), 58-inch Smart TV (Netflix, Hulu, Disney Plus, ESPN+), closet, charging station. Memory foam mattress and pillows! (Sleeps 2). Dinning area for 4

KITCHEN:
Kitchen is fully stocked with basic condiments and all essential cooking appliances including stovetop, oven, pots/pans, refrigerator, microwave, toaster, etc.

Coffee station equipped with Keurig machine, coffee pods, tea, sugar, creamer, Splenda & more

Laundry is right outside the unit and is exclusive to guests. We provide detergent for laundry.

BATHROOM:
1 full bathrooms with a tub stocked with shampoo, conditioner, body wash, lotion, Q-tips, cotton pads, cotton balls, and hair dryer!

Your fur baby is welcome in our home! If you plan to brings any Pets make sure to disclose this now to save on the Pet Fees! Pet Fees are $150/pet if reported before check-in and $250/pet if observed on the property but not paid for prior to check-in

Please note we have recorded security camera setup for safety & security on the exterior of the house. Also, there are noise measurement devices outside of the house to make sure we stay within city ordinance for quiet hours.

We DO NOT actively monitor these cameras out of respect to our guests. None of these cameras have a line of sight or is capable of viewing indoor spaces. There are NO indoor cameras. There are NO forms of video surveillance for activities inside the home.

Tampering with any of the cameras is strictly prohibited.
