The perfect golf retreat in summer or ski escape come winter, this townhouse provides multiple decks, a pair of fireplaces, and enviable access to an array of Eagle-Vail amenities.

This townhouse is part of the Clubhouse Condominiums, a complex that's mere steps from the clubhouse and restaurant at the Eagle-Vail Golf Club. Within the Eagle-Vail community, you'll have access to a pool, tennis and pickleball courts, six neighborhood parks, a pond with a beach area for summer barbecues, and shuttle service to Beaver Creek Village (five miles). The surrounding area is also ripe with trails for hiking, mountain biking, and Nordic skiing.

As you step inside, you'll be greeted by spacious rooms, beautiful decor, and large windows that frame lovely views of the alpine landscape. In the sparkling summer months, light the gas grill on the main-level deck and enjoy afternoon barbecues in the fragrant pine air. Come winter, prepare hearty meals using stainless steel kitchen appliances, and gather around the gas fireplace in the living room to stream movies after dinner.

The bedrooms - each with its own bathroom - are wonderfully separated for primary, with one on the top floor and one on the bottom floor. The lower-level bedroom includes another gas fireplace and its own TV as well. A private laundry room and complimentary WiFi are also provided for your convenience.

All guests shall abide by Vacasa’s good neighbor policy and shall not engage in illegal activity. Quiet hours are from 10:00 PM to 8:00 AM.
No smoking is permitted anywhere on the premises.

Parking notes: There is free parking available for 2 vehicles.



Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.
