Nestled in the picturesque East Vail, just 5 miles from the vibrant Vail village, this charming 2-bedroom, 2-bathroom condo offers a cozy retreat in a stunning mountain setting. Managed by Gore Creek Properties, this gold-rated condo boasts 950 square feet of living space, accommodating up to 6 guests comfortably. With 1 queen bed in each bedroom and a sleeper sofa in the living room, this fully furnished unit ensures a relaxing stay.

Step outside to enjoy the breathtaking mountain views from the balcony or patio furniture, or fire up the gas grill for a delightful outdoor barbecue experience. Inside, unwind in the spacious living room equipped with a DVD player and stereo, or curl up with a good book from the selection provided. Stay connected with free WiFi throughout the condo, and enjoy the convenience of a washer/dryer for added comfort.

Things to Know:
- The free ski bus stop for Vail village is right by the condo, and the bus runs every 15 minutes during ski season.
- This property does not allow any pets and is NON SMOKING.
- The pool is a seasonal amenity only available in the Summertime.
- There is no hot-tub available.

Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.

Great home!

This condo was roomy, well stocked and quiet. It was also very easy to get to Vail Village using the bus. We would definitely stay here again!

Nice place but had no heat or hot water for a day

Nice unit, but we arrived and there was no heat or hot water. It took almost 24 hours to get a resolution of this issue.

We had everything we needed for the week. There was even an extra air bed. We loved the first floor and the close proximity to the bus stop. We are coming back every year!

Nice view and living room, clean. Bedrooms and baths are small with 2nd tiny bath across the hall, in the kitchen - perhaps a converted pantry. Kitchen has many knives - all dull and almost beyond use except the serrated ones. Worst problem was the error that Vacasa made in our reservation resulting in the owners trying to get in the second night at 11:30 pm because they thought they had told Vacasa not to rent the unit. This was very traumatic to us, and I assume to the owners as well. Vacasa insisted that we move out of the area despite our contract and prepayment. We refused and through much back and forth they stopped pestering us.
