Retreat to your peaceful hangout after a day of exploring all that Bardstown and Kentucky has to offer! Relax by the fireplace and stream a movie on the 75" TV, cook a full meal in the well-stocked kitchen, create a unique cocktail with all the tools you could wish for, breathe fresh air on the screened-in porch that borders greenspace, challenge friends to poker in the game room, grill dinner on our charcoal grill, or roast hot dogs and marshmallows on the firepit area. This must be the place.

The property was great for us. 2 couples on the bourbon trail. Very clean and exactly as advertised. We enjoyed sitting on the screened in porch after a long day on the trail. Too warm for the fire pit but that would be great in the spring or fall. Great backyard.

Attention to detail is one of many things the owner is great at. The property is in a great location, is very clean, very well decorated. I highly recommend it, this is a great value for 4-6 people

The property was better than advertised! No problems with checking in, very clean property, and very quiet location. We had 4 adults staying for 3 nights. The property had new appliances, large & comfortable beds, equipped kitchen and plenty of seating options - inside and out. The location was perfect for visiting Louisville, Bardstown and Frankfort area distilleries. The people we encountered in Bardstown could not be nicer. We were visiting from Cape Coral, FL and the other couple arrived from Durango, CO. I highly recommend this property and would book here again if/when we return.

I cannot recommend this property, and this host, enough! The home is beautiful, perfectly located for a bourbon trail trip, so comfortable, and so thoughtfully stocked with everything you need for a great stay. Melissa is so friendly and communicative. This was a five star experience in every way!

Perfect location for our Kentucky visit. The house was clean, beds comfortable, well stocked, game room was used more than anticipated. The host was very responsive and helpful. I cannot say enough about how wonderful the Bluegrass and Bourbon house was. It was very clean with all the necessities and tons of extras. The house had everything you’d need and then some. We loved all the extra touches that were included. They truly thought of everything. Extra toothbrushes were even available if needed. The beds were comfortable. We all agreed that we slept better here than other places when traveling. The outdoor fire pit was so cozy and enjoyable. I highly recommend staying here if traveling to the bourbon trail.

A perfect spot for six sisters and nieces to spend quality time! Beautiful decor, comfortable surroundings in a lovely, quiet neighborhood. Near local restaurants, shops, and attractions. It had everything we needed for a long weekend getaway.

I cannot say enough great things about this house! From the beginning of planning our Bourbon Trail trip to checkout, this house was part of the experience. Melissa was the most attentive host, making recommendations regarding our itinerary through her manuals. The house itself is clean and lovely. She has amazing attention to details for all things bourbon and horses. So many things to make you smile. The house is so well equipped. Can’t think of anything it lacked. If you are thinking about it, don’t. Just book it. You can thank me later! Thank you Melissa for making our retirement trip very special!

Amazing stay and visit to Bardstown!

Everything about this house was PERFECT! The attention to detail with the decor and amenities was top notch, everyone had space to themselves and so much to do so close to us! Communication with the host was above and beyond. We highly recommend staying here on your next trip to Bardstown!

We live in Florida, but Melissa was born and grew up in Kentucky. We still have family here and we love to stay in Bardstown! Distillery tours are a hobby for us, but we also love to immerse ourselves in the peaceful country while we are here. In particular, we like to visit some of the local restaurants and shops. The people here are just so nice!

Bardstown is such a cute little town with a good amount of history. It gives us that small town feel getaway that we all crave.

Away from the busy downtown area, but close enough to feel like you're in the middle of it all. We offer a peaceful place to truly chill and hang out with your friends/loved ones.
