Guest will check in with Front desk or with security guard after hours.

Is important that the guest who is booking, must be 21 years or older and present a ID that matches the name on your VRBO account .

For any name alteration and additions after you book, will have a fee of $50 dollars.

2. Changes (adding or removing days) can be accepted at least 7 (seven) days before check-in and are subject to availability.

3. Each date alteration has a $50 penalty (decrease in days)



This is a timeshare resort, you are MY GUEST, that means you HAVE NOT to attend any timeshare presentation.

Timeshare tour is not required but may be offered by the resort for incentives.

WE DO NOT promote, endorse or encourage any sales pit however is up to you to accept in case it is offered, again, you are not required.

1 - Guests are required to show a photo ID and a credit or debit card upon check-in. Your name must match your ID, if different , please advise when booking. At least one guest in the party must be 21 y/o or order to check in , in case only one is 21, inform who is the person to make the reservation accordingly
