Year-Round Pool Access!
Our swimming pool and hot tub are professionally cleaned and serviced every week. The retractable enclosure allows you to enjoy the pool outdoors in the summer and is fully enclosed—and heated—in the winter. Please note: the enclosure stays closed during winter months and open in summer.

• Washer/dryer, linens, bath towels, hand soap, and starter paper products are provided. Please bring extra towels and toiletries to suit your group’s needs.

Family wedding

The home was big and provided plenty of room for our group. We enjoyed the pool, hot tub and sauna. We had a couple issues and the property owner was right on it. We loved the location, beautiful surroundings and easy access. We would definitely stay there again.

Beautiful property inside and out!

Our stay here was an amazing experience. The house was incredibly spacious for our group of 14, and the owner was great to work with and very accommodating. Pool and hot tub were very clean and so much fun for multiple kiddos. Pond was perfect for young kids to go fishing. Highly recommend staying at this gorgeous property and will hopefully be returning again soon!

Excellent communication with host

Location is absolutely beautiful and stunning. The house, pool, and hot tub were great! Being that we were the first guests at this property, we did have one or two issues but the communicative host was very quick to respond, and resolved them immediately. He also implemented two suggestions we had for future guests while we were there. Highly recommend and we will be back.

Amazing!

My friends and I had the absolute best time staying at this place! Everything was exactly as pictured on the listing. The house was very clean and tidy and we felt right at home. The pool and hot tub were amazing and such a huge perk. A few of my friends went fishing in the pond on the property and one even caught a 14 inch bass. No complaints overall - everything was amazing! Would love to stay here again in the future :).

Volleyball family

Great space for everyone, outdoors was beautiful with plenty of room for outdoor games. Wish sun was warmer to get into the pool lol. But hot tub was excellent after hard day of volleyball. Great for famiilies or groups of friends. Indoor games and provided coffee was a surprise. Thank you!!

Excellent house for big groups year round

The house is as advertised on the listing, having ample beds, rooms, and space for big groups to get together and have a great time. We were a group of 12 friends and stayed in January when it was between 0-20 degrees out & snow on the ground, but that was not a negative at all. The property is well maintained, and is stocked with all the necessities (including a diner style coffee maker) that a group would need for their stay. The hot tub was a great feature in the winter, and the pool being heated and indoors makes this a great spot year round. It's very close to Amsterdam, and only about a forty minute drive out to Saratoga where there is plenty to do and its a great place to walk around. Bishoy is an excellent host, he is very responsive with any questions and accommodating to reasonable requests as needed. Would recommended his house in Amsterdam area to any large groups looking to get together.

Spacious home surrounded by nature, Ideal for family reunion

This rural home was ideal with the 9 bedrooms for our family reunion, ages 1 to 92! It is surrounded by nature with an open grassy area ideal for kite flying, fishing in the pond and catching fireflies at night. The pool and hot tub were perfect for relaxing during the day and very clean. The main floor area has a nice layout for the family to gather for dinner or movies at night. A plus was having the coffee center separate from the kitchen, a water cooler dispenser and the extra large fridge.The main floor bedroom was accessible for older adults who use walkers, with no stairs. And handle bar on walkin shower.The property owner was very responsive to any issues that came up.The Erie Canal way bike path is accessible within 10 min. Best to have your own bicycles as bike rentals can be about 30 min away. Amsterdam golf course is recommended for the golfers, a short drive away. Saratoga racecourse is an easy drive about 40 min from the house.In general it was a good property for our annual family gathering. And has very good accessibility to I90 and Albany airport for those who drive or fly in for the week.

Great house

Just completed a quite enjoyable week-long stay at this house with 20 family members spanning three generations ranging from 3 to 70, and it’s definitely a candidate for a return visit. The house is well kept with quiet bedrooms, a great pool and hot tub, and a spacious yard for outdoor activities such as cornhole, wiffleball or bocce. House also has a nice deck in the back that provides good shade during the hottest points of a summer day. Main drawback is limited dining space for a large gathering like ours. We brought along a collapsable table that helped out. The host was easy to reach and very responsive to any queries. We had a couple maintenance issues that received a rapid response/resolution from a courteous and professional property manager. The area has a number of things to do like the Baseball Hall of Fame which is an hour away. The area is also conducive to outdoor activities with the Erie Canalway Trail just a couple miles away. Trail is great for walking or jogging and the area roads are great for cycling with low traffic and lots of hills to conquer. Recommend!
