Clean, pet-friendly Anastasia Island pool home in a great location near the beach. The heated screened pool, spacious, peaceful pond views and responsive host made it a relaxing and enjoyable stay. Highly recommended.

We really enjoyed the house and screened in pool area, the backyard is fenced in too which was great for dogs. Well stocked kitchen, great master bedroom (super comfy bed and great shower)! Short walk to the beautiful beach.

Mary's house was outstanding. This was our second time staying there which is the highest compliment possible. The heated pool is great, the location is great, the house is great. That adjective pretty well describes everything you can think of. We are hoping to come back next year for a third visit.

We love the location. Perfect for beach days and close enough to check out St. Augustine and all of the historical locations. The house was exactly what we needed.

Family getaway

We have stayed at several vacation homes and this one was definitely one of the best. The house was very clean and comfortable. The pool was so nice and the seating area outside was fantastic. We lived it so much we extended our stay! Will definitely book again. Beach and great restaurants are close by as well.

This was the nicest house that we have rented using VRBO. The photos provided did not do the property justice, as everything was beyond our expectations.Extremely clean, pool accommodations were outstanding, very nice neighborhood,and proximity to St. Augustine Historic District for travel back and forth was veryeasy. The shower in the master bathroom was fantastic. Streaming in this house was easier than most we've stayed at. Thank you for providingHulu. We agree with the reviews previously written that sold us on the property were very accurate. It is understandable why your previous guests loved it.

Our stay at Mary’s house was really nice! The location is great (walkable to the beach)We really appreciated the wagon and chairs, umbrellas etc that were available for our use at the beach. The pool and the covered area outback (lanai) is where we spent most of our time while at the house. The kitchen is well stocked with all the things! The fenced in yard is great for our pup and grandkids… no worries there! The beds were very comfortable! The house was very clean at check in. I felt confident that it was well taken care of. It was very hard to leave!! 10/10 for sure!

Great Stay

Conveniently located to the beach! Great time of the year to visit to experience Christmas & New Years.Pool was heated enough to use over the winter... Great place for family with dogs too.. Definitely take the advice to take Uber downtime during the busy seasons and times.

The house and property is beautiful. It was very clean, all appliances were in like new condition, and there was a television in every room. The pool and landscaping was very well maintained. When in the backyard and pool patio, the property feels very private. The yards are landscaped adding beauty to the overall experience. The host was very accommodating and was easy to contact. I will definitely stay here again.

Perfect Vacation Home

We spent the month of February in the great house. Everything from pre-check in to check out was well managed. The house is a nice 3 bedroom on a very quiet street that is close to the beach and only a 20 min ride to downtown St. Augustine. The lanai with comfortable seating was our fav part of the house. The heated pool allowed us to go for a daily swim no matter that air temperature. We hope to return and enjoy another vacation in this perfect place.

Beach and pool heaven

By far this is the best rental we have had. The house was spotless and well appointed. The outdoor seating area was excellent. For us the capper was the heated saltPool. We really enjoyed it! The walk to the beach was as described and the bikes and beach equipment provided were fantastic. Any questions we had for the host were answered quickly. We will definitely rent here again.

Our stay was amazing… a perfect 10! The house is beautiful, spacious, and very clean. It comfortably fit all 8 of us in our party. We all had a great time in the pool. The bikes were plus and a lot of fun especially riding to the beach. Looking forward to returning in the future. Mary was a great host and any questions we had, she responded quickly. She checked in with us during our stay to make sure we had everything we needed. I would recommend this place to anyone looking to stay in the St. Augustine area.

Back home spring break

This property was listed perfectly. Everything was a little better than expected. The location was spot on with ideal access to the beach. The house was stocked with care. Clean towels, beach chairs, bicycles, pool inflatables, pots and pans and so much more. My family will remember this as an all time favorite vacation for the great times swimming in the heated pool or chasing lizards in the back yard. So nice and with such a home like feeling, we cannot wait to come back. Mary’s place is just the experience we needed for our 6day getaway. We were also close enough to take on universal studios with a pleasant commute.

Excellent Stay

Lets just start by saying the house was everything we expected and as described. There were no hidden surprises. This is definitely a good thing. The house was very clean, the area is very quiet and peaceful and the pool and total outdoor area was absolutely perfect. Sometimes it’s the little things such as eating breakfast outside on the lanai where you don’t get that direct sunlight which also means you’re able to watch the sunset without leaving the pool. With that said, there are plenty of interesting things to do locally such as the beach, St. Augustine and plenty of great restaurants. Our trip unfortunately was immediately after hurricane Milton so we had a good bit of communication back and forth with Mary and this is where this rental shines. Mary was on top of every communication and responded to all our questions and concerns in a very timely manner which was so appreciated and is a huge plus. We definitely recommend this unit and hope to be back soon.
