Spacious Three Rivers Lodge✦Fenced .5 Acre✦Hot Tub

This 2,500 square foot vacation home is wonderfully located near Sunriver, and is less than 30 minutes to Mt. Bachelor and the city of Bend. It is located in a community with five private access points to the Deschutes River for day floats or fishing outings.
The space
LIVING AREAS
The great room has comfortable leather couches to lounge on by the cozy wood fireplace. In the summer the central air conditioning helps cool warm days. There is also a TV with a Firestick in the living room so guests can access their favorite shows. There are 9 foot ceilings throughout the house, which adds to the spacious feel.

Throughout the house, guests will see displays of the owner's love of the outdoors and nature. You’ll see antique snowshoes, skis, a retro snowboard, as well as elk antlers and a bear rug.

The insulated garage has been transformed into a space for your whole party to enjoy, complete with ping pong, foosball and ample seating. Wi-fi high speed wireless internet access is also available.

KITCHEN AND DINING
The chef’s kitchen is fully stocked with commonly used cooking utensils, pots and pans, dishes, bakeware and silverware. It also includes a double oven, stainless steel appliances and induction stovetop.There is also a Keurig for those who enjoy a cup or two to start the morning. Dining room that has seating for 12 is in the great room next to the open kitchen.

BEDROOMS AND BATHS
The house has five comfortable rooms. On the main floor, there is a king bed in the master bedroom with an attached full bath. There is also a Pack n Play in the closet for guest use. A second bathroom is on the main floor, that provides an easily accessible toilet while playing outside.
Upstairs there are four more bedrooms, as well as a bathroom with a shower. Upstairs there is a king bedroom with a sitting area, complete with a futon that can be made into a full sized bed. The bunk room, with a twin on top, full on bottom bunk, also has a daybed that can be pulled out to two twin beds. The bunk room is furnished with a TV, DVDs, PlayStation 3, and Apple TV, along with a children’s table and books. There are also two additional queen bedrooms upstairs.

OUTDOOR AREAS
Enjoy half an acre of fully fenced privacy. Relax on the back patio, complete with BBQ, table and seating for six. There is ample space to play the provided badminton, cornhole and croquette, and any other yard games you choose to bring. The private backyard hot tub seats up to six. And with two tandem bikes, and several other bikes, your party will have plenty to do.

The paved front driveway provides plenty of parking, including an RV space.

SOAPS ETC PROVIDED
The house is stocked with a starter set of personal soap, laundry detergent, dish soap and paper towels. If you are staying more than a couple nights, or doing a lot of cleaning, you may want to consider bringing your own additional supplies.

PETS
Please read over pet rules before booking! Guest to pay additional pet fee in the amount of $50 per pet (per stay) or $250 (per 28+ day stay). Maximum of 2 dogs, 75 pounds or less. Dogs are expected to stay downstairs (not in the carpeted upstairs), and off all furniture. Please be aware that there are 5 child proof, dog proof mouse traps in the yard. Please watch your dog while outside at all times to avoid any poison ingestion.
