Bienvenue sur Goin 'Coastal, a joliment décoré, haut de gamme, 3 chambres, 3 salles de bain unité de coin de l'extrémité est au 14ème ��tage de Caribbean Resort. Cette unité dispose de grandes baies vitr����es offrant des vues incroyables à la fois du Golfe et Santa Rosa Sound. La cuisine dispose de comptoirs en granit et des appareils en acier inoxydable. La suite principale dispose d'un lit king size, du sol au plafond, des fenêtres de l'océan avant, porte coulissante en verre à l'océan balcon face principale et la salle de bains avec comptoirs en granit et grand jacuzzi. La deuxième chambre a deux lits doubles et salle de bain attenante. La troisième chambre dispose d'une kitchenette avec des comptoirs en granit, de belles vues sonores depuis le balcon privé, d'un lit queen-size et d'une salle de bains privative. Toutes les chambres ont fixé au mur télévision à �����cran plat. Caribbean Resort dispose d'une piscine, deux jacuzzis, un espace véranda ombragée, une entrée couverte, et une aire de grillade avec des tables. What a view! The condo was very clean, beds were comfy, plenty of bath towels, and the kitchen was fully stocked w/ appliances, pans, utensils, dishes and glassware! Would have greatly appreciated if coffee filters would have been provided - also note no spices provided - not even salt & pepper! In other condos we have rented, those were provided as well as Beach Towels! Overall, very happy w/ the condo

This condo has Million Dollar Views. It's a corner unit with views of the sound and the Gulf of Mexico (balcony for each). Loved it. Will stay here again.

Beautiful condo with beautiful view

We decided to go to Navarre Beach for our annual girls' trip rather than our usual location of Panama City. The condo had a gorgeous view and the sunrise took my breath away the very first morning. There was more than enough room for all of us. The walk to the beach was short and the beach itself was quiet and family oriented. The chairs on the patio could be more comfortable. They got a little hard if you spent a good bit of time on the patio like we did. Also, the wifi connection was almost non-existent. Overall, we were very happy with our decision to stay in this condo would most definitely stay here again.

We appreciate the review, and are glad this renter enjoyed their stay. The views from this unit are beautiful! WiFi is provided by the condo association for the entire building; it may be spotty when everyone tries to access it. We always recommend that if internet is imperative, renters bring their own source of access. We are on a barrier island and wireless service can, on occasion, be interrupted due to winds and weather.

Beautiful Condo!

I loved this condo from the moment I booked it. When you walk in, the view is breathtaking! The condo is very spacious and well decorated. One problem I encountered was an awful smell upon entry and throughout the kitchen. I figured out the garbage disposal needed to to be turned on. Maybe let the cleaners know to turn it on prior to guest arrival b/c we bought air freshener ASAP b/c it was so smelly. Also, the extra ice machine is really loud at night. One more, the sheets in the bedroom with the front balcony need to be replaced. My daughter kept telling me they were "bumpy." They were well worn and uncomfortable. Overall, our experience was good. I would book here again.

Goin' Coastal is a beautiful unit! We are sorry that this guest found an unpleasant odor upon arrival; if they had called we would have sent someone over to address the issue. Housekeeping has been reminded to run the garbage disposals during a unit clean. And we would have been happy to have provided a new set of sheets had we known. We hope these guest will come visit again.

It was horrible...condo needs attention. Floors were filthy, television cable is a joke. Will not stay again.

We are sorry this guest wrote this review and did not call us on arrival so that we could send housekeeping over. The travertine tile floors have now been professionally cleaned. The condo association is aware that the cable/internet service at this building is a problem, and they are working on a solution.

Beautiful Views of the Ocean and the Sound

The outside of the property was good. It looked well kept. The inside of the condo was beautiful. We stayed last year and decided to come back. The one thing I critiqued last year was how dirty the floor in the condo was. This year the floor was just as dirty. There was sand all over the floor and we didn’t walk around the condo without shoes on (except for our 2 yr old daughter). As soon as we got there she wanted her shoes off and within 30 minutes her feet were black. I know it’s hard to keep sand off of the floor but come on. The floor should not be so dirty as to turn someone’s feet Black the day we walked in. The floors had not been mopped in some time. The pantry door had something spilled on it and was sticky. We pay good money for a clean condo....it should be clean when we get there. Now....The views are gorgeous in the condo and that’s one of the reasons we came back to this spot. There are 3 bedrooms so there is plenty of space for everyone. I love the big balcony. The only thing I would say is I wish we had one or two taller chairs for the balcony. The bar on the balcony is at eye level when sitting in lower chairs. The view is still spectacular though and we spent many hours in the balcony. We had a good trip and am glad we came to this condo. It is beautiful. We just wished it had been cleaner.

We appreciate the feedback and wish that this guest had called us about the floors. That is certainly not to our standard and housekeeping would have been sent back to address the issue. It is impossible to correct something for a guest if we don't know about it. We do hope that they will come stay with us again.

Awesome Location Without the Crowd

This condo was exactly what we were looking for to make Spring Break 2018 one of the best. The condo was everything we expected it to be. The listing is very accurate and there were no surprises. The condo is clean and up to date. The view from the 14th floor was amazing. There are two elevators in the building and we rarely had to wait for them to take us down to the beach or back up to the condo. Navarre beach is one of the nicest beaches we have been on. It is very family friendly without all the rowdy crowds you may find at near by beaches. The beach is not overdeveloped with other condo buildings and hotels. There are two things that could be improved upon. The wifi is not reliable. When it is working, it is very slow, like dial up slow. The other issue, which has been mentioned in other reviews, is the master bath room does not have a shower curtain for the garden tub making it very hard not to get water outside the tub while showering. This could be taken care of very easily and I am puzzled as to why it has not been addressed. Neither the slow wifi or the shower curtain would prevent me from renting this condo again. We loved it and will stay here, if available, the next time we visit.

We appreciate this review. The condo association provides the WiFi; we always recommend that if internet is imperative a renter bring their own form of access since we are on a barrier island and service can be disrupted. The owner has chosen not to hang a shower curtain in the master bathroom. We are glad they enjoyed their stay so much, and hope they will return.

Nice condo

This is the second time I have booked at Caribbean resort. The condo is nice and overall the trip was superb. On a scale of 1 to 10 I will give this condo an 8. PROS: View is outstanding. Very roomy. Nice kitchen amenities. Washer/dryer. CONS: Door to the master bedroom had jamb issues. Two of the three toilets had some minor flushing issues. Sleep sofa is not comfortable at all. Mattresses are not comfortable in the room with the doubles beds. Needs some touch up paint and door knobs need tightening.

This renter called about the door jamb and toilets and we sent our maintenance person over that same day. Mattress comfort is subjective, we are sorry that this renter did not find the full beds and sleeper sofa comfortable. Inventory and maintenance inspections are taking place now, and touch up painting has been done. Goin' Coastal is a very nice unit.

Breathtaking Views of the Gulf and the Sound

We very very pleased with the condo. It promised great views and it delivered!!! Would love to stay again. The only downsides we noticed was the living room couch was very uncomfortable. The side towards the outside wall seemed to be broken so no one sat there. Also, within 2 hours of my child walking around barefoot, her feet were black. The cleaning crew did not mop the floors. Everything else was clean though. The last thing I noticed was the master bath had no curtain on it so every time we showered water would get in the floor and on the toilet. Just a minor annoyance. Overall, we did not want to leave and look forward to vacationing here again for hopefully a longer period of time!! This condo is worth renting!!!

Housekeeping has been notified about the floors and will check that on the next cleaning. It is the owners preference not to have a shower curtain in the master bath. We hope this renter will be able to stay longer next time!

Almost Perfect!

We loved Navarre Beach and the Caribbean Resort. Also loved the condo's overall appearance, size, large windows all around. The decor was wonderful, too. However, we think a couple of upgrades are needed. The sofa needs to be replaced as the cushion suspension has collapsed. The master bath tub (garden size but not jetted) did not have a shower curtain so unable to keep the water off the floor. The cutlery/dishes/serving pieces etc. need upgrading. With many other condo options in Caribbean Resort, would not likely revisit this unit without the upgrades.

There was only one elevator working all week. This was the second time I rented at this complex and they had the same issue with the elevators 6 years ago. Very frustrating.I

From the moment you walk into the condo the view of the gulf and bay just overwhelm you with beauty. The condo is decorated very nice with very comfy beds and couch. You would never have to leave to enjoy the beauty surrounding you. We would definitely stay again.

The rooms were all awesome. We had a great view. We had a problem with the stove the first night but called and it was fixed before lunch the next day. Nice pool and hot tubs. The only reason I would give it four stars instead of five was the TV was digital and not a good connection. We would stay at this location again!!
